Even though this store has ALWAYS told me as long as your in before 9 we will sell to you. So whatever direction this store is going with new management is clearly going the wrong way. No wonder why the rating is so low on yelp this used to be the best store to go to in the city, it's gone WAY downhill, hope they figure it out soon before they go bankrupt like the rest of the weed stores in the city that treat people like shit. "It's state law we can't sell after 9" no it's not because their are stores open until 11 in this city, they just choose to be asshole and waste people's time. I'd burn through carts in a couple of days, and instead of taking accountability, those dispensaries would blame me or the battery I was using. Then I found Good Chemistry--and I haven't looked back. The people here actually know their products and stand behind them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they remember their customers. They make you feel welcomed, like we've known each other forever. They know my order, they know what I like, and they take the stress out of choosing. This is their expertise, and they're damn good at it. I'm horrible with names, but I never forget their faces. Today I finally got a name--Peter helped me. He helps me often, and he's always on point. He knows my order without me saying a word. His vibe, his knowledge, his recommendations... I'm never disappointed with what he picks out for me. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I remember how they make me feel. That "home neighborhood" feeling when they greet me is real. The two lovely ladies who always take care of me are amazing too--one usually wears a baseball hat, and the other has long hair with flair on her lanyard. Everyone here is great, and they're a big part of why I keep coming back. All in all, the staff at Good Chemistry know their stuff. They know their product. And they know me--which is exactly why I won't go anywhere else.

Great deals on Happy Valley and Harbor House flower. Prices in general are very fair. And they have the most fair return policy I've ever seen at a dispensary. On top of all that they have a really nice, clean bathroom available for customers.. for whatever reason 90% of dispensaries don't offer bathrooms to customers, but Diem does. He wanted to charge me 60 for 1. No thanks I walked out. And this is after they sold me inferior and mislead product that what's posted on the wall behind counter. The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it's the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won't. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts.
