She then billed my insurance company 4 days late just to make sure that I would have a problem at another pharmacy. I requested to have the manager come up and he claimed that he doesn't understand why my receipt has a different card number. I proceeded to explain that I use my debt card for all of my purchases and even offered to show him the exact amount of the receipt that was taken out of my debit card banking account. He finally agreed to "credit" the card and was not able to provide me with any sort of receipt confirming that I had a credit due. Almost a week later and I still have not seen the credit show up on my account! My advice, don't return anything if you don't have to! I'm very disappointed because I have good experiences otherwise. I am changing my rating due to the fact that I received the refund on my debt card yesterday.

They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. The pharmacist has been doing it for years she followed in the footsteps of her mother and her father who have both since retired. I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. The poster board was located with the help of a friendly staffer. We walked back to the pharmacy and waited for a consult for my daughters eye. The gentleman was super nice and showed us a cream and a CVS equivalent to save money. Checkout at the pharmacy smooth. Overall good experience with what we needed and helpful staff. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family.
