She then billed my insurance company 4 days late just to make sure that I would have a problem at another pharmacy. The NEW pharmacy confirmed my suspicions saying that it was obvious that CVS had purposely screwed with my medication. I called today to refill a prescription and I couldn't get the self service to recognize voice commands or key entry's. The best part of it is instead of transferring me it hangs up. They don't care about the personal service. I'll find a small pharmacy where the people care about you. Now we are just meat in a grinder for these Large corporations. They don't care if you go days without your meds almost like they're saving money.

For reference, this store has had everything in stock I was in search of on both occasions I visited. Decent staff and enough registers open even when it's busy (which is regularly). Cannot comment on service from the pharmacy since I don't use it. Seems decent overall... nothing terribly disappointing by any means. 4 stars.
