The phone service is also very bad in here so if you need something and are using your Internet service as a reference it probably won't work, so screenshot it beforehand. The pharmacy area they pretty much ignore you or make you wait awhile before they acknowledge you, so I never gave that a chance again on the pharmacy end. The prices are quite pricey at this location. I hardly go to this location but when I'm in the area and I really need something I'll stop. The staff were lovely, the store clean and well stocked. Prices are as good as you will get at a pharmacy store. I tend to get the store brand products (like allergy meds, eye care, etc.) if available (after checking the ingredients to be sure they are the same). I couldn't stand her terrible attitude so I asked for my coupons back and told her to keep my items and I walked on her miserable ass.. Funny though. My dog suffers from seizures And and also suffers from a collapsing trachea which causes her to cough. Both of these conditions are treated with medicine three times a day that have to be filled by a compounding pharmacy. On Tuesday the 15th I reached out to the vet for a refill on my dogs SEIZURE medicine. They called in her prescription to the pharmacy. They usually tell me it will be 24 hours so I waited until the 17th and went in to try and pick it up. Told them I was there for her seizure medicine, they explained to me they didn't have anything ready for her. The woman working the front went to the back and got the owner who proceeded to tell me it was too early to fill, that prescription was filled on the 31st and they can't fill this until the 25th at the earliest... while they are telling me this I'm calling my vet because they are telling me they never received the message from the vet and want a copy of the prescription faxed over. My vet is telling me what they are saying makes 0 sense because her seizure medicine is not a controlled substance and the vet gave the prescription so they should fill. Whatever I leave and the vet said they faxed over the Prescription. The vet and I are both thinking maybe it's some sort of new policy or something. I get home and look at her bottles and they of course, the pharmacy, made a mistake and were looking at her cough medicine and the date they gave us is the date her cough medicine was last filled and that's why they wouldn't fill it. So I call the next morning and speak to THE SAME WOMAN who ADMITTED she made a mistake and was looking at the wrong medicine! They tell me they still haven't received the fax, because their fax machine is having issues... so I once again have to call the vet and they get the prescription filled finally. You can see in my call log the multiple calls to the vet and pharmacy. The missed call also had a voicemail attached where they call to tell me her seizure medicine is ready for pick up! Fast forward to yesterday..... my dogs cough medicine is due for refill.... The owner straight up accuses me trying to get her medicine filled too many times in one month after HIS mistake.... I have all the evidence proving it was his mistake. He clearly should be able to go into his computer system and look and see I picked up her SEIZURE medicine on 08/18 but he just repeatedly kept accusing me of trying to pick up a controlled substance too many times in a month even though it was their mistake and I never tried to fill this medicine other than when it was prescribed. He was even giving me incorrect dates. I understand being cautious but to accuse someone when you made the mistake and to lie to my face and tell me your computer system says I picked up the cough medicine and that you don't have a blonde with glasses that works there is absurd (she's the one who admitted to me she made the mistake the first time). I will never step foot in that place again. I have the best vet ever who would never prescribe me more medicine than what my dog needs either, so I wouldn't even get this script twice in a month. I'm just absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. You called me a liar and told me I was wrong. I have all the evidence to show he's a terrible business owner and should definitely treat his customers better. There's being cautious and then there's being a disorganized jerk.

Eh, this Wal-Mart is truly a hit or miss. It's the one I go to the most but there's somethings I…read morereally don't enjoy about it but there's reasons why I tolerate it and I will explain both. But first and foremost this Walmart is no longer running on a 24 hour schedule right now but they are a super store so it's huge and they literally have everything, expect to be In here about 2 hours at the least. I'm warning you now! Let's get into it. The parking lot is huge, so don't worry about a parking spot you're good to go with that. They have an area for curbside pick up ( I'll go into detail in a minute) , and they have a drive up pharmacy. Now the store for the most part is usually always very clean, but also they're always seeming to be doing stock so navigating this store is annoying with a carriage. There's always employees down the isles, and they don't know manners. Also since you can do curbside now a lot of employees are down the isles picking for customers which is fine, just once again hard time navigate around. Don't expect to find an employee on the floor to help you, it's not happening. A few times I've come here maybe about 3 employees have made me smile, and were really nice but that's about it and I've been here about 3 dozen times. So maybe more help and smiling faces. Now to curbside pick up I lose this concept, because you been buy your groceries online pick a time slot to pick them up and boom grab it when the time slot comes, but lately since the shortage of staff, my 1-2pm slot turned into a 3pm pick up when I had to be at work for 3:30pm, this was a serious issue. Tracy an employee who works for curbside was very nice gave me all the details and was trying her best, but there also was about 25 cars out there waiting and I've never seen it so backed up. So be mindful with this. The lines are not so bad compared to some other Walmarts I've been too, but they do have a lot of self serve kiosks so those are helpful. There's a lot of little things that can be worked on here. One last thing, make sure you have the Wal-Mart app because sometimes an item in store will say 10.00 and the app will literally say it's 5.00, and they have to price match that. So scan Everything, I promise you will thank me later!
