Unfortunately, bad service too many times. I know the owner means to provide great service, but when he's not there...sheesh!

CVS is nostalgic to me, and has always been my pharmacy/store of choice going back to when I was young. It's more than just a drug store; we'd buy our school supplies, toiletries, holiday candy, Hallmark cards and cosmetics. Now, I'll drive a farther distance out of my way to go to CVS vs another pharmacy. This location is no different and I'm here at least once a week... It's homey with the carpeted floors and compact shelves, overflowing with merchandise. It's always the same pleasant staff that greet you warmly with an eagerness to assist. The music is always pleasant, whether it's holiday music in December or oldies the rest of the year. And you can actually hear it instead of carts on tiled floors like in other stores! The self- checkout is a huge benefit, even if it is overly sensitive and you usually need a staff member to assist each time-- luckily they're quick to help! The 1-hour photo center is more like a 5-minute photo center! Yes, prices are higher than the grocery store.... but there's always so many coupons and promos in the app, not to mention the frequent 20-30% coupons that you receive, plus cash back. If you plan well, in the end, it'll be cheaper here

I knew what I needed a gift, a birthday card and batteries for the toy. This location is always packed and cluttered, and it's been this way since I was little. Just people and inventory always everywhere. I couldn't find the batteries an employee named Peter helped me and told me several places I could find batteries (very sweet), I grabbed all I needed and the batteries. The batteries clearly said 3.77 when I bought it to self check out it said 4.97, I signaled the young lady employee who had a serious attitude and told her and she said it rings up 4.97 , I continue to tell her all the batteries were in that spot with this price. I ask her if there are any batteries nearby versus me going all the way to the other side of the store which is where I originally started. She told me no. The only place was to get the batteries behind a register where I would need to get an associate. So I simply went all the way back to the spot where I originally got the batteries, took a picture and brought it back. The price was still not honored. I grabbed different batteries took a picture of that in case that became an issue as well. I told her to please remove the old batteries from the queue of things that I was buying and she said which one with a severe attitude that was the only thing that I had scanned was the batteries (I left my items with my boyfriend at he self checkout kiosk while I went to grab the batteries) . It's just straight up ghetto in here. I will not be returning. If you have employees, they need to be doing their job not just getting paid to do absolutely nothing. She much preferred to be chatting with her other coworker versus doing her job. I'm ONLY giving an extra star because Peter was a sweetheart otherwise I would give this place 0 stars. The parking lot is like parking in the zoo, horrible.

I needed help with my coupon, there was a young lady whom was monitoring the checkout but was looking down at her phone. She was not pleasant and for this reason I gave a 3 star review

I called multiple times throughout the day and no one answered the phone. When I finally showed up in person, I was told the medication wasn't ready and that the staff was going on break. I explained that my daughter is an infant, actively struggling with RSV, and that this medication is medically necessary -- not optional. The pharmacist, Kim, still refused to fill it at that time and told me they would handle it after their break. This level of disregard for an infant with a serious respiratory illness is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Delaying critical medication for a sick baby is dangerous. If anything were to happen to my child due to this delay, that responsibility would fall on this pharmacy's lack of urgency and care.

She carefully takes her medication for panic attacks and agoraphobia, and discusses her medication with her DOCTOR, she's never increased her dose, which she can, she could double her prescription if she wanted. So, why is it when we call the pharmacy, they treat us like addicts? Pompous pharmacist/doctor that tries to mansplain to two people smarter than him, tells us "I got my math wrong" when he said she's going to have to wait a full month without medication. Then the genius while working on debunking Einstein's theories, realized his math was wrong, again, making things better, telling my wife it will be about two week. Ok, so long story short, we called the doctor, again, like we do every time we need to get a monthly prescription. And the prescription was ready in an hour. They wouldn't offer her anything at all to bridge the gap, to the doctor's astonishment and disappointment. Not even a single pill to get through the day. This pharmacy is atrocious. You're not the police. You can't do math. You're going to kill someone with your stupidity, but stand on your morals people. You can't just do the job without aggrandizing yourself? Stop trying to act smart, my two year old gets her math right, so why don't you go back to basics. Try customer service and support, you're selling pills, you're the drug dealer. Don't act like I'm some custy when I come in like I need to fiend over my daily medication. Get a life buddy, get laid, quit your job, get a job that doesn't require math or customer service. This rating is actually .5 stars. For the 1/10 times they just did the bare minimum. We're finally switching pharmacies. Peace
