I'm still baffled and honestly hurt. I've been a loyal customer coming here easily 2 years. I support the small business. However, I just got completely screwed over. 2 weeks ago I paid 65 dollars for 3 juice bottles. Today 80 bucks. The girl who serviced me ( who is one of the 3 owners) totally took advantage of the fact that I'm a loyal customer. I never complained about my prices. I would always pick what I wanted and they ring me up. Today as I left and drove away. I called her up and I said I think you made a mistake. I said "I normally pay 25 dollars for the big juice bottle, not 30. The other girl that normally takes care of me charges me 25." Her exact words, " everyone here has their own discounts. " I couldn't believe what she said. I told her right then and there. I'll never go there again. She literally took advantage of a loyal customer that normally never complains when they get rung out. I purposely always tried to not have her ring me up. I can tell from a mile away she's arrogant and stuck up. There was a kid Jake that use to work there. He was awesome! He always hooked me up with prices because he knew how loyal a customer I am. Not this girl. She literally charged me more for juice then what I paid for the same exact thing 2 weeks ago. Stay away from this vape shop. They screw over there loyal customers! I'll find another vape shop that will love to have a loyal customer come on average every 2 weeks and spend 80 to 100 bucks. read more

Joshua was super friendly! He helped me figure out my first official rechargeable hookah pen, and let me try a ton of the different flavors they have. He helped me pick out flavors that he thought I might like- he was spot on! (BTW, they offer flavors with nicotine in it as well as flavors that don't have nicotine in it) We hung out for a bit and he told me about the history of the owners as well as the artwork on the wall. They feature an "artist of the month" every month, which I thought was pretty cool! Nice place to hang out and chill- they are waiting for TVs to come in to set up on the walls, and eventually will be adding a bar. I was traveling around New England with a friend and I did NOT bring enough juice, wire, OR cotton to last the trip. While in Providence I visited The Vapor Lounge RI and stumbled into my favorite experience of the whole trip! My friend and I sat in there for hours laughing and talking with Ben and the guys while he gave me a tutorial on my new RDA, gave me the tour of AMAZING juices (I recommend Uncle Phil), and answered all my dumb tourist questions about Rhode Island! This place is aptly named. This is not your local vape store that feels like a weird jewelry store; this is The Vapor Lounge. It reminded me of a Cigar Lounge I used to belong to in Chicago where you could stay all day, you know you belong there, and if you aren't careful, you'll buy everything you see! The Vapor Lounge was the far and away the best thing about Rhode Island for me! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants GREAT customer service, TOP SHELF juice, and prices cheaper than my local place. I will DEFINITELY be back to The Vapor Lounge! read more

Quick update almost a year later. Juice line has expanded substantially in past year, with tons of great flavors from a bunch of different companies. However, a few detractors. Merchandise can really expensive, especially considering they sell a few things in store for large mark up, example Sigelei 100w you can get online for 90 dollars, they were selling it for 130. Clones, I'm not going to go into because there's a market there that does not include me. Initially the first guy that manned the shop was very attentive but the new guys just flit about and don't pay attention to you. Coupled with the sometimes hectic parking situation on Weybosset generally leave me inclined to take my business elsewhere. read more

I was in town last week and came across the Lounge on my way to lunch. I was hesitant to step in. I started vaping a few years ago, unsuccessfully. After a long period of inactivity, I resumed my research and decided to try again. But I'm shy, and I've been put off by the bro dudes that lurk in some of the vape shops in my home city. So I buy my supplies online. I now have a setup I'm fairly happy with, but I'm still learning the ropes. So I nervously stepped in, and was greeted immediately by Ben. He was very helpful, and not at all judgmental (at least not visibly, hehe). He let me sample a few juices, helped me with some issues I was having with my setup, and I left a happy camper with some new stuff to try. At checkout, Ben asked if I was interested in their loyalty program. I told him I wasn't local, so he mentioned that they have an online shop. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. One of the dudes spent a long time educating us and answering all of our questions. Great customer service. After making a purchase, we had an issue with our vape pen and the owner helped up us out right away, no questions asked. Will definitely be repeat customers. I am in providence for a cheer competition with my daughter so I decided to stop into this shop. I was greeted by Ben right away. We started talking about vaping and some of the juices. I was instantly comfortable. I wanted to try some juices and Ben even let me use one of his personal drip MOD's so I could test stuff at full strength. I only had a tank MOD with me. When I was there a couple came in and the lady wanted to try vaping for the 1st time. He took a lot of time to explain everything to her and she walked out with a brand new starter MOD and she was very happy! My wife walked over from where she was and he helped her try a bunch of juices. Man I don't know what else to say but this place was just chill and Ben was awesome. All of the people I met in my hour there were fantastic. From the clientele to the help they were talkative and cool. The manger Ben hooked me up with a new tank. Great Atmosphere! As I walked in I was greeted and seated at the tasting bar which was great to taste flavors before I made my purchase. I spent about 75 on a good tank and battery setup. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. I attend college in the area and this is a usual spot I hit up every week to pick up great vape oils. read more

I live in California and found this shop on the interweb because they are the only store which carries En Plein Air an awesome juice offered by Intellectual Fluids. Despite the time difference, Ross has been able to provide me with the juice I need from the other side of the country. With out a doubt, this will become one of my go to juice shops. Just went to get a new piece for my birthday and the guy helping me was so knowledgeable and friendly it's insane! Definitely recommend!

Staff tends to avoid customers to hang with friends, from my two visits. I was trying to spend over 100$ and couldn't even get the guys attention for more than 5 mins before he kept going to his friends and talking about night out, etc. High prices on merchandise, and pretty poor clone companies I feel from what I was looking at. Only upside is a decent amnt of premium juice lines. Other than that, id go elsewhere to get the attention a customer deserves, and pay prices that are actually worth the items being bought. read more
