The angry customer below me..... please allow me to clarify I was at the store enjoying my time when he came in... he purchased his mod over a month ago. The store's receipt clearly states "no returns or exchanges". They present you your product before you pay to make sure everything is in working order and even allow you to make sure everything is okay. He brings in a MOD which looks to be have ran over by some sort of vehicle, dropped a dozen times, opened up to "attempt" to self fix and "glued" back (didn't even have the time to screw back the screws he took out) . He has claimed things have been opened, used and resold at a huge mark up. Even the juices are a huge markup? Listen buddy, gas station ejuice is obviously your thing. Vaporetti's ejuices are a bit cheaper then retail but your at the point your so angry that you need to lie and defamate a business to gain some sort of relief. They stand by every product they carry and will at least "work" with you to make sure your leave happy. Bring a slashed tire to a auto shop and tell them they sold you the tire that way and get angry when they wont replace it...then go on yelp and lie about everything. Customer service and personal interaction between staff and customer is definitely something that impacts patronizing the business. I really liked the previous staff l but the current staff is very friendly and very nice. I find the management to be a little bit rough and a little bit unapproachable and act entitled. I'm not sure why they can't keep staff, but I think that maybe the management is part of the reason. I've purchased a lot of different product from glass pipes, sex toys,detox products, insence and kratom over the years (just a quick plug-in that The Point is my place and I've been going there for like 15 years and I get my tattoos at Providence Tatoos.) I've been a customer since 2018 and I'm not sure what the deal is, but I hope that the current staff stays on and is consistent because the previous staff and the previous manager were awesome. I did, however, learn that the regular vapes and the fruit flavored vapes burn your throat, just as much as each other. Years ago, when I used to smoke cigarettes, I actually found them more smooth compared to a vape, but vaping is much more affordable. I guess they have to scan your license.
