My husband and I come here once a week. We literally plan our day around it each week to make the drive. They have some of the best prices, but lately what's been driving us absolutely crazy is the mix and match. They're all over the place. Sometimes we come in and they let us mix two different brands, sometimes not. This morning I picked the two I wanted and had them ready- I drove to the dispensary and told them what I wanted but the prices had changed. It's been less than 6 hours, why did the prices change?? It seems overly complicated. It's a cool option to have but I almost feel like yall need to specify more across the entire board what's allowed and what isn't. We get different people each time who do things differently. And I still don't understand why the price would increase $10 from 7am to 11am. Ended up spending $10 more than planned and not even getting the weed we wanted. read more

Northeast Alternatives is one of the best around! They have good prices and good selection; however sometimes it is quite dry, but that is a common problem in this area(because prices are so low?). Line can be long too. Those are the only bad things. Great prices, good service, and great selection. My guy Dennel hooks me up with the best product when I go in, thanks man! HINT: Always a busy parking lot here and like I said the line can be long but USUALLY you can get in and out pretty quick. read more

Let's start from the beginning , at first glance decent selection and honestly some fair deals. The problems start once you leave . The Valorem vapes get clogged, don't matter what sale they run on them or what deal they have going. If a product doesn't work why do you keep selling it. You trick people into thinking they are getting a good deal . They allow you to exchange in this case but you'd be getting another Valorem vape... which just clogs again. Then there's the Dab Fx vapes, always being more and more discounted for a number of reasons but quality is the reason they won't sell. So why promote them and push so hard for sales with fx?? Discoloration, this flaw that flaw so well discount them.... Cool packaging catches the eye. Crap product. read more

Unfortunately, I had my first poor experience at NEA this evening. I am a regular customer who comes once a month to smell some flower from the Oz bar and usually, workers are very kind and accommodating about my requests, and regardless, I always buy an Oz. However, last night I was served by Ivan (I believe was his name, older gentleman, tats on both arms) and had a negative experience. I asked Ivan if I could smell a few different strains at a time so I could do a little process of elimination. The gentlemen was snapping the containers shut before I could even tell him if I liked it or not, and then he was putting them back on the shelf, again, not even asking me if I wanted to purchase the flower or not. Eventually when this happened multiple times, I asked him about a strain that he put back, without asking me, and he firmly said he will "only keep two strains" at the register at a time. This would have been fine with me had he ever asked me my opinion on if I wanted to purchase the flower I was smelling. It was clear to me Ivan did not have time to serve me properly, and so I ultimately chose a random strain, so that I could end the interaction. I hope going forward budtenders are explained the importance of patience and working with customers so they get to go home with a product they enjoy, as spending $143 after tax is not a small purchase for many of us. read more

He said "Other people may turn thier tablets for you to look at the menu but I dont , I cant be bothered ". I have been buying products form this place since they opened in Fall River. This was by every measure the worst experience I have ever had in any retail establishment, let alone a dispensary. I've never raised my voice to any retail salesperson, until today, at 63 years old. The flower has been poor for the last 6 months. I've left empty handed at least twice as a result. This was the third time I walked out. There was no acknowledgement when I stated i have a hearing impairment. I will never return, or refer them ever again. The sales women doesn't belong there if she can't answer questions. By far the best dispensary I have been to in the past year. Great deals great quality great atmosphere the edibles list is amazing saw a strawberry crunch edible bar yum yet to try that one but very enthused. Never too busy so it's in and out and the check-in is super easy with like zero pressure. Go to this one specifically I'm not sure about the Fall River location.
