And they're affordable, too, unlike so many other supplement stores. There's always some type of sale in each section, including the protein bars and powders. They allow you to browse and carouse, however, if you do have a question, they are friendly and knowledgable. I was torn between three flavors from the BodyTech protein powder. Finally, I chose which one I was going to purchase. At checkout, Joe gave me a sample of the two other flavors I was considering. Mind you, no other local supplement stores would do this, let alone a chain store. So major brownie points for this thoughtful gesture. Plus, it's not a super busy store. Everything about it is perfect. I strongly recommend coming here.

They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
