They have a large selection of products and flavors, everything was organized easily. I like that they have a book with the flavors and numbers to find the sample you want to try, It's a lot easier than trying every flavor. There was a lot of space to move around and was a nice hang out spot. They do need to work on customer service a little bit. I was waiting a while before anyone even said hello. The parking is very limited. At first I liked this place, until I started using their product. I normally only use one coil a week and since using their liquids, I've gone through 3 in one week. read more

Went here for the first time yesterday and it was WONDERFUL! Everyone was very friendly and not at all judgmental or condescending like I had feared. I am very new to vaping, and they were happy to answer all my questions. While I was there, I saw them help out another guy who didn't have exact change on him, and even gave him a discount on a new part since his vape had been sold to him (by someone else) with a bad battery. The place is spotless, beautifully organized and roomy and has a great sampling station. The parking is very limited which is their only setback. They aren't the cheapest, but you're getting quality service and products AND supporting an awesome local business. What's not to love? read more

Like the place a lot. Good products, okay prices, chill atmosphere. Customer service is sometimes great and sometimes horrific. It depends on who is working. There are usually one of two guys when I go in. Justin is great, super helpful. But there is this other guy, not sure what his name is, kid with glasses and red hair, but he has an attitude problem. They've never tried to sell me something I don't want/need just to make extra $, and any time I've had questions they've always been there to answer all the questions I have and to teach me how to use new products without making me feel ashamed of not knowing what something is due to being new to the scene.... Very helpful and friendly. They let me test drive a couple of mods, which is pretty unusual for a vape shop anywhere. The staff is friendly, the place is not cramped, and the shoppers were having a good time. Selection was good also. Why not 5 stars? Prices were quite a bit higher here than what I've seen at other shops in the area, at least for hardware and accessories like coils and drip tips. I really wanted to buy a tank and mod there, but it would have cost me about $70 more to do so. Unfortunately for them, they gave me a good education and pleasant experience, but I will have to use what I've learned someplace else. I will be back for juice and small things, but they will need to become competitive on the big ticket items for me to consider them. read more

So I only gave 1 star for many reasons. I used to go here and everyone was amazing, awesome, helpful and friendly. However I have stopped going here because they definitely price gouge. They have the crown tank for 53 bucks, that's crazy. Every other shop has it for less than 40 and you can get it online for around 30. Not to mention the fact that they over charge for everything, their customer service has went so down hill. I don't feel welcome in this shop any more, it's very uncomfortable walking in here. The kid seems like he can't be bothered to answer any questions and is kind of rude and stand offish. When I went in he had an attitude and thought maybe he had a bad day so I gave them a 2nd chance, went in again and it was the same song and dance. That's the last time I went in. The vape game is growing and there's a lot more shops with staff willing to go out of there way to help, my business will be with those other shops! read more

I ran across this shop the othe day while I was traveling. I was not very impreesed. First off, the lady was very rude. I cant believe the attiude I was getting considering they are a small shop. Second, their homemade backyard juice was not very good. Who knows what type of environment this stuff was bottled!!! Why would anyone buy juice here when they can drive a little bit more and get real juiice. Lastly, the prices were okay. maybe a little high compaired to other shops. read more

My Evic VT they sold me is still not firing in Titanium mode with the atomizers I bought, will only fire in Nickel even with the Ti atomizers they supplied. It is a common issue from what I have seen online and I had to go to another local vape shop (Rhode Island Vapes) to get the coils I needed. Staff couldn't bother with checking to see if ordering Nickel coils were possible. read more

Let me just say that I was a very loyal customer of Ocean State Vapes, in fact I was one of the first to walk through the doors when they opened. I have spent thousands of dollars in the store buying juices and electronics, from my very first spinner evod style rig all the way through my current setup, a sub-ohm tank and high wattage adjustable mod. At the beginning, it was great and I felt almost like family. As the time wore on, after several issues with the products sold there, it was less and less so. Most recently, my girlfriend bought me a very expensive electronic mod for my birthday. After about three weeks of loving it, its fire button broke internally and it stopped working. I brought it in, and they very reluctantly swapped it out for a display model. I didn't mind the display, but after less than two weeks, same exact problem. I brought it back in again and was told that because they had already given me a "new" one, they couldn't help me. So for the 100$ price tag, after five weeks, the rig is trash and I'm out the money. This is after my last rig was fried by the battery they sold me, which they said would be perfect, which way overpowered the circuits in the mod, and killed it.They also would not swap the broken rig out. Time and time again, they have proven to not know the ins and outs of the products they sell, and customer service is gone. I will no longer spend one dime of my money in this place, I will only buy at businesses that stand behind the products that they sell. My advice is, if you haven't been here, stay away, there are many other options to spend your hard earned money, several of which are within a five minute drive of this money pit.
