Vaporetti offers the biggest assortment of vape products in Rhode Island hands down. Whether your a beginner or a pro, they will always have something for you. They keep a huge selection of ejuice including their own house blends and industry favorites in all nicotine levels. The staff is friendly, very well rounded in their knowledge and can assist all your vaping needs. Parking is plentiful, store is very comfortable with tasting bar, tv, as well as seating. The owners play a huge role in fighting for your right to vape and provide you with the best customer service hands down. The angry customer below me..... please allow me to clarify I was at the store enjoying my time when he came in... he purchased his mod over a month ago. The store's receipt clearly states "no returns or exchanges". They present you your product before you pay to make sure everything is in working order and even allow you to make sure everything is okay. He brings in a MOD which looks to be have ran over by some sort of vehicle, dropped a dozen times, opened up to "attempt" to self fix and "glued" back (didn't even have the time to screw back the screws he took out) . He has claimed things have been opened, used and resold at a huge mark up. Even the juices are a huge markup? Listen buddy, gas station ejuice is obviously your thing. Vaporetti's ejuices are a bit cheaper then retail but your at the point your so angry that you need to lie and defamate a business to gain some sort of relief. They stand by every product they carry and will at least "work" with you to make sure your leave happy. Bring a slashed tire to a auto shop and tell them they sold you the tire that way and get angry when they wont replace it...then go on yelp and lie about everything. Grow up and own up to your own stupidity. Check out his 5 star review of Vaporetti on 4/6/16, congrats Sir! you have just officially played yourself #SupportHr2058 #VaporettiLyfe read more

I wish I could give it a ZERO. The guy is a jerk, the one that looks like baby Huey with glasses. I leaned up against a wobbly table and he said " wow dude you slammed the table against the wall" I said that he was combative and he said I should get the "*****" out of here. He was snide an combative before as well. I asked if he had a deal on vape fluid on *the same day and he said that the " deal " he had was selling flavored fluid to me illegally. The guy was a jerk. There are better places to go than this place for sure. read more

The guy was very knowledgeable and willing to chat to complete newb. I had a few requirements and he showed me the best stuff and based on my tastes gave me a flavor rec and it's awesome. Thanks! read more

It's a great place for electronic cigarettes...a lot of varieties obviously. I had an accident with the one cigarette I bought and the owner was kind of to replace the one for me. Really appreciate the gesture and everybody in the store is so friendly. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Great guy burnt my first vape coil on accident and he replaced the pod and coil for me free of charge definitely recommend this business

Misleading and full of lies! On 7/5/18 I spoke to Lisa who told me she would price match a vape kit I found online. I called a couple hours before closing so I decided I would visit the shop and purchase my vape the next day. Yesterday 7/6/18 I entered the shop with my boyfriend and was greeted by two salesmen, both very snarky and unpleasant. The vibe didn't feel right and I felt like I should have left, but in the back of my mind I recalled the conversation I had with Lisa the prior night so I was hoping she was maybe just in the back of the store or answering another call. The dark skinned gentleman was unpleasant but bearable. However, "Dave B" should not be working at the point of sale. He had little knowledge about the products and barely answered any of my questions. On top of that, this man barely cracked a smile. He seemed miserable and condescending because I was a novice vaper. No social skills and he almost seemed annoyed that I was trying to make a purchase. After looking around, I decided on a different kit than the one I had spoken about with Lisa. I told Dave that Lisa said she would honor the price I found online, but he said he couldn't honor it because it was a different kit. That makes no sense! Why could she honor a price match for one kit but not another and they were both SMOK products. Isn't she the owner?! Couldn't he have at least tried to get in contact with his own BOSS and ask? He does the bare minimum and clearly has no work ethic. He would constantly leave to go to the back and I could hear him constantly vaping while I'm trying to make a major purchase. I should have just left at this point, but I ended up buying the vape kit for an absurd price. When I got home I also noticed he gave me the wrong house juice that I asked for. I specifically asked for orange but got vanilla instead. ($16.99 for a tiny 15ml bottle of flavorless juice by the way) I'm so disappointed that I felt compelled to write this review on my friends account since I don't have my own Yelp account. I've never felt the need to write a review for any business until now. I was lied to and deceived. Lisa, on the phone was so friendly and accommodating so that's how I thought my experience would go when entering the store. Instead, I had to deal with a guy who has no concern for other people. Don't go here people. Just order the mod, tank, and coils from the manufacturer website because it's so much cheaper, they also offer free shipping AND you won't have to pay taxes. This place will kill your wallet. And don't listen to what they say on the phone. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to lure you into their store and you'll be forced to interact with "Dave B". read more

Usually love this place, great staff normally but Allen at my last visit was rude and standoffish. Totally sold me the wrong coils for my new vape after saying how he knew it all. Let down but will be back only if he's not working. read more

TLDR: Nice people. WAAAAYY too expensive. Cons: Like another reviewer stated here, expect to pay 2-3x what you would pay with an internet retailer for anything gear related. Juice is a little higher than standard. 15ft of regular, single wire 24g a1 kanthal is $10. Normally get 100ft for $8, so that's almost 7x cost. Don't even pay that for "exotic" wrapped coil wires like clapton or alien. Tank coils are about $5/piece (normally grab them $11-13/5). No refunds or exchanges, so dont walk out with a mod if you don't plan on keeping it for life. Pros: So far I've only encountered nice, helpful people. This is where the good reviews are coming from. If you're new to vaping they'll teach you about whatever you need to know. Having said this, I've gotten this kind of service from nearly every vape shop I've been to (even when traveling to other states). That's just what the vaping community is like -- there are so many people that would love to help you get off cigarettes and start vaping instead. I love supporting small local businesses, and this being a vape shop makes me want to throw my support at it even more. But my wallet can't handle it. If you have to charge 2-3x internet prices, something is being mismanaged somewhere. Many of the internet vendors I buy from are actually local small businesses in other towns (like MyFreedomSmokes) or our own local distributor (Giant Vapes). I just don't see how it's a sustainable business model. I (and likely a lot of others) would shop there more often if the markup wasn't SO high, boosting sale volume and therefore profits, rather than charging exorbitant prices on the one-off sales of mods, tanks, gear, and the random "oh no, I ran out of coils", etc. We just pop over the border to J's vapor den where the people are awesome (and seem to be quite a bit more knowledgeable about each product they have) and prices are a lot more reasonable. Any juice orders that J's doesn't have I grab from Giant Vapes, it's free shipping every order and get here almost instantly because they're local. Really hoping this shop can figure it out and turn this around. PS, general tip: don't buy a smok product from anywhere but the authorized vendors on their website if you care about the warranty (which you should, because the products a crapshoot.) They won't honor it otherwise, but it's tough to get them to honor it anyway (honestly you should avoid the company if you can or pretend you're buying an item as-is with no warranty or you could be disappointed. Google it.) read more

Overpriced, did not have e cigarettes or hookahs..... as stated on your website. Seemed like a nice place, needed more selection. read more

Great people and great products. I had a small electronic cigaret when they first came out a few years back and it was annoying. I think it caused more of my rage fits than quitting smoking its self. So I was a little hesitant to try another one. The staff has been great, they listened to what I was looking for and recommended a few good products to start with. I feel comfortable when I go in and it is a fun experience. I've stuck with it for a few months and so no reason to stop. It's not cheaper than smoking, but I'm seeing it more as a hobby. The flavors are unique and taste great, my personal favorites would be Sour Puss and Panic Attack. read more

Man this place is great. Amazing customer service and they really take the time to get to know their customers and their needs. They have an amazing selection of eliquid, and I literally mean amazing. Wall to wall. Prices are not to shabby either and they stock all the recent products. The owner Lisa really looks out for her customers. I wasn't a fan of the real liquid line but that wasn't the fault of the shops at all. Definitely have great prices and all the new mods and tanks.... Will definitely return! Awesome job love it!!! read more

I am happy that she will be able to break away from tobacco and enjoy a healthier alternative. The kind knowledgeable staff here was a major help! Thanks!!! read more

Came in today to replace my vape. The two employees were really helpful and knowledgeable about each product. They asked me a few questions and quickly helped me find the right one. It's a great unit in my price range. This kind of service and knowledge can be find to find in the vaping world. I'm very happy with my Aegis Mini Kit and I'll definitely be back. Thank you! read more

Huge selection of mods and tips, but be prepared to spend on average 2 to 3 times Internet prices . They have a nice selection of reasonably priced e-liquids from the low end to the high end . Buy your gear online and your liquid here . Maybe if they had a smaller selection of mods they could afford to sell at lower prices . I purchased my estick 100w online for $28 , at vaporetti it's $65 . My aspire 2 tip was $19 online and its $40 at vaporetti . My batteries cost $6 each online, at vaporetti they are 17.50 each .definitely give them a shot for liquids, and if you don't like online shopping buy your gear here, all brick and mortar vapor shops have the same high prices on hardware . read more
