Customer service and personal interaction between staff and customer is definitely something that impacts patronizing the business. I really liked the previous staff l but the current staff is very friendly and very nice. I find the management to be a little bit rough and a little bit unapproachable and act entitled. I'm not sure why they can't keep staff, but I think that maybe the management is part of the reason. I've purchased a lot of different product from glass pipes, sex toys,detox products, insence and kratom over the years (just a quick plug-in that The Point is my place and I've been going there for like 15 years and I get my tattoos at Providence Tatoos.) I've been a customer since 2018 and I'm not sure what the deal is, but I hope that the current staff stays on and is consistent because the previous staff and the previous manager were awesome. I'm not sure what happened but I became very friendly with them and they were very nice and super knowledgeable and helpful. I came in so much that we became friendly, talking about our plans we had and what we've been up to and things that you would just chit chat with people that you become friendly with. The current staff is awesome, I just wish that they would stay and there wouldn't be so much turnover. It says something when people don't stay about how the shop is run and management of the shop and the treatment of employees.

I was sold a defective vape by this man. When I returned to the shop a week later and alerted him that a vape I had bought there was non functional, he got extremely verbally aggressive, accusing me of buying it elsewhere and attempting to scam him. Asking "who sold you this," to which i said, ummm "you." He said something along the lines of "we don't even sell that brand," which is when I pointed to the shelf behind him with the very vape I had bought on it! He then stood in front of the shelf and began mocking me. To make it much worse, the shop plays some kind of satanic music? In the two times I've been in, I have left feeling odd after hearing strange frequencies and other strange noises. Avoid at all costs.
