I came here looking for a 5-7mm thickness glass beaker-style water pipe with a percolator and in the end I walked away with a beautiful piece at a great value! Driving up, the location was a bit intimidating. The shop is located right off Olneyville Square in Providence in a kind of run down, repurposed brick mill type building. Finding this place was kind of confusing as the signage could definitely be approved. The store entrance is tucked away behind a solid wooden door upon entering the foyer of main entrance, which is underneath a giant neon blue and white sign for the flea market that is also housed in the building. But once you walk in the main entrance, you'll see a sign for "Smoke Shop" on your left and you'll know you've found it. Once opening the door and walking in, you'll be delighted to see a huge selection of pipes, bowls and related "tobacco" items. This place really does have wide and varied collection of smoking pieces and accessories and it the biggest store of its kind that I know of in the area. I came in looking for a nice glass pipe under $200 and the staff was so nice and helpful that I will definitely be coming back here! After initially buying a $125 piece that I found out was damaged when I got home, I immediately called them and they told me to bring the item back for a look. I was a able exchange my item, and the staff kindly apologized and actually upgraded me to a more expensive $150 water pipe with a percolator included(!) for the hassle of having to come back to exchange it! You can tell the people who work here know their craft, as the manager told me he speaks directly to their suppliers to verify quality and origin and unlike other smoke shops they actually want to help their customers find what they are looking for at a reasonable price! At a $70 price point for the cutest piece I've ever seen-I NEED to have it. I actually had just broken my last glass piece so I purchased a silicone bowl (which I was so psyched about because I had never seen one like this before) the only glass in it is at the top where the product goes. It was also very pretty as it was pink and blue and super cute! It has this little built in silver tool which is great for cleaning purposes and a little storage spot built in the back that you would never know was there. All of that and it was under $40! Competitors sell similar pieces for up to $75. The owner explained how it worked without melting and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding ALL of his products. He also carried a great amount of CBD & was super helpful regarding the different strains that are out there. I spent quite a while looking around in there and he was super helpful! It's right by my house so I drive by it nearly every day- I need to return to get the glitter glass piece! I hope they still carry it! We have several stores closer to home but this place has never been out of anything or ever told us to come back next week because something wasn't ordered. They are knowledgeable and never make you feel like a second class customer because you didn't sink three bills into a mech mod. The prices are great, they have a great selection of juices both store and brand name and have never ever been out of standard coils or juice. Of course they want to sell you products but they realize fitting you to what you need and having a repeat customer is better than a one time score on big dollar sale that leaves you with regret. Definitely join their E-Club or mailing list or whatever they call it there, there are specials every week. Even buy two-get-one for 100 ml juice!
