good products, but....... I went in there and it was a giant cloud of smoke that made me start hacking as soon as i went in. I no its a smokeshop but does it really need to be fishbowled with cheap incense. it ran me right out of the store, i couldnt stand to be in there and I smoke A LOT!!! the cheap gas station incense takes away from the high end products that are sold. also sams down the street has cheaper blunts! read more

Came here to purchase two products of the 75% off rack priced at $29.99. Purchased another item for $1.75. Should have paid no more than $18 but the owner charged me almost $22. Nona's is a hidden gem. I've frequented the many head shops RI has to offer in the area and Nona's is my new favorite. The glass selection is so extensive and beautiful it could be considered like an art museum. Seriously some of the most intricate glasswork and design I've ever seen. They also have a good selection of affordable everyday use glass as well as handbags jewelry tobacco and a bunch of other goodies you won't find most anywhere else. Awful customer service the blonde girl with glasses is so ignorant and rude I bought something I needed out of desperation but will never be back. That's twice once by myself and once with my husband thought her behavior was odd and rude when I was with my husband but went back today by myself and she's so ignorant eating her lunch at counter and I had to get her off the counter to get what I needed out of case then asked a question and started to say something else and she rudely said well if you let me talk. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I don't really like going to places friends "recommend", but I have nothing but good experiences here. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Don't you hate going somewhere to buy something and when you talk to the sales person they don't know SHIT about the product! Selection is good on a wide variety of products and prices are competitive with market standards. The people are also very personable and just easy to talk to. Drove way out of my way to travel to this smoke shop for a specific item.. A plastic water pipe that can be constructed (lets leave names out of it) and added onto, each module costing from 4 bucks to 20 and 30. Called the shop and inquired about the item "oh yes we've got em, they're 60% off" I drove over a half an hour for some lady to try and sell me 4 ft of pre assembled modules (no choice, the reason WHY they sell these.. you choose the base, the stem, the percs) Every perc in both of the setups she had was broken, and after 60% off the things were still roughly $150 ... LOL $150 bucks for broken bowls... I looked around the rest of the shop and wondered to myself what kind of moron would EVER shop here... Every piece is completely over priced, i don't know how these people make any sales! Your normal $5 cheap glass bowl was being sold for 50 bucks... Some people are just okay with being robbed I guess. I found another head shop nearby ( I was not about to travel all that way for nothing) and got what i wanted for $40 bucks. Lower your unrealistic prices Nona. I do not recommend shopping here unless you are determined to throw away your money, trust me I've been to so many head shops I've lost count and walking into this one I was blown away because I've never seen price tags this gouged before. read more

I must say I've been to the store a thousand times that I spent a ton of money I am NOT very happy right now I recently purchased a large charger/battery for my e-cigarettes they did not work the day I bought it I brought it back to her and she's claiming that they cannot do nothing for me because there is no warranty on them why would you sell a product with no warranty that was a waste of $30. I'm going to try to reach the manager of the store the person that owns it and complain to him this is not how you do business. read more

Absolutely great experience. I was blown away by the great, friendly, and knowledge of Jeanette, who took quite a bit of time with me. I honestly went in for a new slider, ended up with that plus two glass screens, a new downstem and grommet, and a pokey. All this was EXTREMELY fairly priced...also they do 10% Military/patient discount. If I ever need ANY glass or whatnot I will shop here FIRST vs. my old default of online shopping. I should also note that I have anxiety and PTSD and felt more than comfortable in the store. read more
