I kept telling myself everyone has bad days and went in 3 more times and STILL every person there was giving animosity and the atmosphere with the employees being how they are is just so uncomfortable. the last time the lady was on the phone the entire time I was in there trying to cash out she completely ignored me and had I'm guessing her 12 year old daughter cash me out. I figured the store would be chill and the quality would be top-notch, and they delivered! It's a cute shop channeling the vibe of an old (read: expert) head's tent at a festival: warm, welcoming, and with lots of cool little trinkets, flowers, and potions. I found what I was looking for and the owner was VERY helpful. The type of helpful that makes you want to support a business like this forever because it's good for the community. You can tell they care about their customers and aren't just there to make money, a rare thing. The whole experience made my day, actually. They specialize more on the smoke (especially gorgeous display of glass pipes and bongs) side, but they have a decent selection of kratom (pills, powder, tincture, etc...) if you need. I'm very happy with the quality of my kratom. And will be back to check out the mary jane section sometime soon! They're in the back corner of the ATT plaza at the top of the hill next to Walmart on route 9. A hidden (but centrally-located) gem. Perfect for getting medicated for your next trip to Walmart (LOL)!

I went into the shop on recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did. The guy behind the counter…read moreimmediately made me feel welcome. I had no idea about what I wanted, needed, or even what was available. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. He spent the time showing me everything and explained how it all worked. My intent was to be out of pain. He made suggestions, and answered multiple questions I had in detail. It's a small store, but it has everything you could want. I was even fascinated by some artwork a local artist has hanging in there. I was more than pleased with my experience and highly recommend Grateful Head Shop.

The iPad has a catalog of all their flavors and you just look on there for what you want and add whatever you want to a wishlist and then tell the cashier the names. The cashier was very friendly and attentive and had a great conversation with me. He was very knowledgeable about vapes and the political issues with them. The selection here was large and definitely worth driving from Rhode Island
