Customer service and personal interaction between staff and customer is definitely something that impacts patronizing the business. I really liked the previous staff l but the current staff is very friendly and very nice. I find the management to be a little bit rough and a little bit unapproachable and act entitled. I'm not sure why they can't keep staff, but I think that maybe the management is part of the reason. I've purchased a lot of different product from glass pipes, sex toys, detox products, insence and kratom over the years (just a quick plug-in that The Point is my place and I've been going there for like 15 years and I get my tattoos at Providence Tatoos.) I've been a customer since 2018 and I'm not sure what the deal is, but I hope that the current staff stays on and is consistent because the previous staff and the previous manager were awesome. I'm not sure what happened but I became very friendly with them and they were very nice and super knowledgeable and helpful. I came in so much that we became friendly, talking about our plans we had and what we've been up to and things that you would just chit chat with people that you become friendly with. The current staff is awesome, I just wish that they would stay and there wouldn't be so much turnover. It says something when people don't stay about how the shop is run and management of the shop and the treatment of employees.

Got to florida in november, opened the box and the box contained the charging cable but no vape battery. Went into the store with the box and charging cable today (December 15) expecting to get a replacement. To my surprise the manager was rude, extremely disrespectful, and used language that would turn your hair gray. His mother must be so proud. I was treated as a liar and a thief.
