I did, however, learn that the regular vapes and the fruit flavored vapes burn your throat, just as much as each other. Years ago, when I used to smoke cigarettes, I actually found them more smooth compared to a vape, but vaping is much more affordable. I guess they have to scan your license. When I was pregnant I needed juice with 0% nicotine and they were extremely accommodating and non-judgmental. Customer service and personal interaction between staff and customer is definitely something that impacts patronizing the business. I really liked the previous staff l but the current staff is very friendly and very nice. I find the management to be a little bit rough and a little bit unapproachable and act entitled. I'm not sure why they can't keep staff, but I think that maybe the management is part of the reason. I've purchased a lot of different product from glass pipes, sex toys,detox products, insence and kratom over the years (just a quick plug-in that The Point is my place and I've been going there for like 15 years and I get my tattoos at Providence Tatoos.) I've been a customer since 2018 and I'm not sure what the deal is, but I hope that the current staff stays on and is consistent because the previous staff and the previous manager were awesome.
