In the past year, I've made several purchases and have not accumulated points per their rewards system. I physically make sure they pull up my account to add them. They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.

They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.

I was met by Hope the manager and she was just as sincere and nice as Nikki. Amazing staff here I appreciate this. Like other reviews have stated, they are rarely open when they say they will be. It's very frustrating as I work a lot. I got their points reward club, so I'm kinda committed, but I can look elsewhere for good product. Also, their sales reps are sweet, but they aren't really educated about the product beyond pricing. Which I find annoying. You've got a great idea trying to happen here. Where's the management?
