They are energetic, fun, caring, care about your goals not just want to bulk you up or give you recommendations for supplements that you don't need. They are honest when recommending products and they see you as more than a sale, they want to help you achieve the goals that are right for you!! It's honestly hard to find places that have quality staff that match your energy when you walk through the door. At first I was confused because I didn't realize she worked there. She immediately ended her call to assist me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Overall it was a good experience, but loses a star because of the lounging and cell phone. I'm sure it's probably a boring job unless there are customers in there, but it's not professional to be sitting in the store area on a personal call while at work. Maybe texting instead? They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
