They are energetic, fun, caring, care about your goals not just want to bulk you up or give you recommendations for supplements that you don't need. They are honest when recommending products and they see you as more than a sale, they want to help you achieve the goals that are right for you!! It's honestly hard to find places that have quality staff that match your energy when you walk through the door. Multiple times I have come in after doing the 4 week challenge which is what got me through the door initially!! Overall it was a good experience, but loses a star because of the lounging and cell phone. I'm sure it's probably a boring job unless there are customers in there, but it's not professional to be sitting in the store area on a personal call while at work. Maybe texting instead?
