I was skeptical of this place based on other reviews about service and price. My friend and I were doing a "dispensary crawl" and checking out some new-to-us places so we went in for a peek. Both the girl that helped me and helped my friend were super pleasant. My friend had questions about a topical for some pain she has and the girl was happy to answer all her questions. First time going to Nova. I thought prices were decent, had what I was looking for. However, upon entering, the person at reception was completely void of good energy. It was dark inside, a little confusing with signage. The guy who waited on me was very personable and friendly. I'm looking forward to the new location opening, but if the same energy vampire is at reception, and employees don't warm up, I won't bother. Dear Nova Farms, I sincerely hope you take this seriously. As someone who is reliant on having health insurance how can you let it lapse for your employees and their families. Upon going to the doctor and finding out from them that I was no longer covered was a shock to say the least. Upon looking into it further I had found out that as of January 1 I was no longer covered. There was no notice, no warning, just dropped coverage out of no where. Again how can you let this happen? Your employees work hard everyday and deserve to be covered and not have to worry. From my knowledge this is illegal. I know this review will most likely be flagged and requested to be taken down by the Management team but enough is enough and it is about time Nova is held liable for their shady business decisions and the way they treat their employees. For my safety as I have seen others get fired simply for speaking up, disagreeing, or not being liked by ownership I created this to remain anonymous. I had an excellent experience with Nova Farms. The store is clean and the waiting area and exits were clearly marked. They also have a midsize parking lot clearly marked for both entrance and exit. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Customers can pre-order online and they accept cash or card on site which helpful during peak hours. I would make sure to have your ID readily available as they have multi check points during your visit. Overall a positive experience and I can see why so many people recommend them. read more

To start off the husky guy in the window at the dracut location had me move my bike to a safer spot, which i appreciated, then later on said i cant park there! After he just instructed me to do so and proceeded to say he did not say that. Scum bag. Then after that circus i got the product and come to find out it didnt weight out. Smdh. Pros: Great selection. Great product. Friendly bud tenders. Cons: Small parking lot leading to lines of cars out to the Main Street., long wait (Saturday at 3 PM it took 2 hours total to shop Nova). That was disappointing! *****Note to Nova - if you are going to have people in line for an hour and a half you should at least have a port a John on site. I've been been buying certain products for a while and then they decided the best course of business was was to jack up their prices on items that sell well... no thanks... wont shop there anymore and I especially won't miss all the rude and disinterested bud tenders who act like they'd rather be any where else but working their shift! So delighted Zahara is next door... prices, quality and customer service put Nova to shame.... With so many options out there you'd think Nova would have the common sense to have top notch budtenders, but I guess they're not smart enough to to figure that out yet.... I'm a fan. It's got a fantastic selection. Which, yes, is a bit on the expensive side. But, worth every penny. The bud tenders are all friendly and patient. I really love you can order ahead of time and then pick up your order later. Even hours later. Also, bonus, it's a rather organized website that's easy to navigate. Inside it's spacious, clean and organized. Although, reason for one star taken off is the parking situation. If you go early or mid afternoon, parking lot is plentiful. But, dare going later in the evening, be prepared for a line of cars into the street and quite the wait. It's certainly not a deal breaker, but they should get on that parking/waiting situation. Over all, I highly recommend. Just try to pick up your product earlier in the day if possible. read more

Waited in a line of cars one day from 7:25pm. Got all the way to the parking lot to be turned around at 8pm. There needs to be a better system for that. Also, got a sale text one evening that didn't specify the date of the sale. It said "hope to see you soon." I went the next morning to be turned around again and told it was only for the night before. I don't know why I keep driving 40 min to go here. I've been shopping here since they opened and I have Never had a bad experience. Even when the lines are long, everyone is so friendly and happy to be there, the waiting is pleasant and I've made a few new friends. I'm on the V I P list so I always get the best prices that Nova has to offer. I have checked out all of the other dispensaries in the area and Nova always comes in as the supplier of the best stuff for the best price. Service and product were excellent, but very frustrated that there is no indication of the $3 surcharge for using a debit card. Today I looked on my bank statement and was charged another $3 for using a non-bank ATM (note other retailers such as grocery and drug stores do not have a surcharge for using a debit card). Nova is providing an ATM for convenience but "masking" it as accepting debit cards, which it is not. Not that big a deal, but I could have easily brought cash, and would have/will next time to avoid giving up $6 to the Banks. Nova please put a notice on your web site! read more

Maybe my favorite dispensary in the area. I feel like they've got the better selection of flower, and they have a nice selection of high THC. I smoke to ease anxiety and depression, but honestly I really smoke to get super high and listen to metal records. And Nova always seems to have the strongest stuff to choose from. This is canoeing so easily, and the prerolls themselves all looked like different sizes. And the quality of the willow brand coming through here is worsening (weird tastes, blue papers canoeing too easily, weed not pulling smoothly. I'm so outraged by the $63 for 2.4 grams.. First of all, all the reviews are skewed, because they offer free papers to anyone who gives a good review. Second, the flower is inconsistent and the THC percentages are horribly inaccurate. Hit or miss flower, and never anything CRAZY. Second, they always close before they're supposed to, also the Cartridges are always overpriced and have huge bubbles, and on top of all of this their prices are some of the worst in MA. I've also seen customers Humiliated in front of the whole line of people for doing NOTHING. I'm usually not one to complain but you guys have officially lost a customer. I would reccomend any of the shops in Blackstone. They have cheaper, and better options for cartridges and flower, and you can walk in at 9:59 and be served and still treated like a real customer, save a couple bucks, and get better quality. read more

They constantly give away your pre orders so when you get there they don't have what you ordered, you would think a pre-ordering would reserve the products you've selected but not at Nova Farms, if someone comes in looking for the product you picked out before you get there to pick up your pre order they will give it away to another customer. It has happened to me multiple times already place a pre order online for certain products and then when I get there to pick up my order they tell me they don't have what I ordered because it was to popular so they gave it away. So what the hell is the point of pre ordering , all the other dispensaries actually save your pre order and have what you ordered when you goto pick it up and most of them are $5 cheaper per eighth. I wouldn't go for the $10 eighths I was supposed to get super lemon Haze and another kind and granted them being $10 they should not have been that dry and crunchy with dry crunchy leaves sprinkled on top. I understand it is a everyday deal to get a $10 eighth but for all that save yourself the waste of money and a high and go for the better quality stuff. I've tried the concentrates and they are okay with a lowercase o, and I feel like it's a little overpriced for the live rosin but the quality doesn't hit like a real live Rosin just a few things to keep in mind when you want to go there and spend your hard-earned money looking to just relax after a long work week. The staff are beyond kind, helpful, and informative. Protocols in place due to covid 19 include, face masks at all times, social distancing inside the facility and while waiting outside to maintain capacity, and plexiglass inside the building at each register. I like that they check your ID bit just once, but twice. The check and scan while outside, and inside they check even more thoroughly. The staff inside the facility are nothing short of awesome! I was trying a new edible to help me get to bed easier, my cashier was super helpful and made recommendations on the products I was using, went over how to use them properly and other products to try in the future.
