There is a large, clean bathroom inside if you need it. The service is always pleasant and informative and medical patients get points towards rewards for their purchases. *they charge a fee if you pay with a credit card, so cash is best! They do have an ATM inside but I believe there is also a fee on that. They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.

They allow you to browse and carouse, however, if you do have a question, they are friendly and knowledgable. I was torn between three flavors from the BodyTech protein powder. Finally, I chose which one I was going to purchase. At checkout, Joe gave me a sample of the two other flavors I was considering. Mind you, no other local supplement stores would do this, let alone a chain store. So major brownie points for this thoughtful gesture. Plus, it's not a super busy store. Last week I fell, not in the store or on their property, I got some pretty gnarly abrasions and a bit of a cut and needed to ice my knee down quickly. WF has ice in the front, so I went there and grabbed a small hot bar (yum yum!), I sat at the tables outside, which are a great place to eat the ready made hot foods, in particular the chicken in sweet chili sauce. I digress, within a few minutes a sweet young man stopped and asked if I was okay, I told him what happened and assured him I didn't fall at WF. He went back to work, a few minutes later another staff came out with a roll of paper towels and asked if she could do anything for me, I thanked her and said I was fine. Not more than a few minutes later another employee came out to check on me. While at Tree of life center I was told they could cure that so I gave them 3 months to do so and they did. I have full use of my thumb and very happy I do not have to have surgery. I have had 3 appointments with them for various things and am well satisfied.
