This CVS is small and that's what I like. Aisles are well organized and you can use your cvs card at the kiosk to get your coupons before going to the check out. While their prices are a little higher than local big box stores, once you use coupons prices are competitive. They also have e self checkout which are easy to use. I am writing review/complaint regarding an issue I experienced with an employee named Raven at the 2400 Meadow Brook Plaza location in Warwick, RI. My prescription was transferred without my knowledge or permission, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I then had to take additional steps to have my prescription transferred back to the 2400 location. I live just five minutes from this store. In addition, during my interaction, Raven seemed to be in an off mood and had an attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating. It is concerning to think that if this decision was influenced by a bad day, how many other customers may have been affected in a similar way. This raises serious questions about communication and proper procedure. read more

They are NOT a 24 hour pharmacy, contrary to what the sign says. The pharmacy is closed regularly which is super inconvenient. It wouldn't be a big deal IF they didn't advertise themselves as a 24 hour pharmacy. read more

I went to the VA for treatment and their pharmacy did not carry the medication I required. So they supplied me with paperwork to allow CVS to fill the prescription and they would reimburse CVS. CVS pharmacy rejected the paperwork and charged the full amount. So if you are a Veteran using the VA Hospital Medical Center Pharmacy, dont take your prescriptions to CVS. This is a great CVS - clean, organized, and absolutely massive. My one complaint is that on the day I was there, the stock was very low and they were missing what I had gone in for. It was Friday afternoon, so they should have been full-up for the weekend. The other thing I liked was the clear segmentation - cosmetics had their own section in the corner, then all the medical items, and then grocery and what not. Also, you can see the whole space upon entering, as you come in from the side and the store is set at sort of an angle. Makes for very easy finding, indeed. While the parking lot is a bit strange (entry and exits are marked, but at awkward spots) there is a pharmacy drive-through and plenty of spaces for walk-ins. read more

I have only had great experiences at this CVS but I went there today and an amazing customer service experience with Kerri. I had been at another CVS the day before they couldn't figure out my 30% off coupon so I came and asked her to apply it and she was very happy to help and returned everything and then reran everything which is not fun I'm sure and saved me like 18 bucks!! So thank Thank you Kerri and this CVS. Also there is a night guy that is young and he super nice he's usually there around 10 but he's super helpful and pleasant. read more

Yelp should offer negative stars for those places that are that awful! I only do business there because they are the "preferred" for my health plan. The company insists on killing trees by printing useless coupons...ohh & don't think they are giving you anything with their x-tra bucks, mine literally expired 2 days after they printed. This location has to be the worst of all, horrendous wait times & poor customer service are just the tip of the iceberg. Worst CVS pharmacy in the state. My mothers Prescriptions are there and regularly I pick them up. There ALWAYS is a problem. Sunday night was the last time I was there. I called before I left my house to make sure the prescription was ready. They said oh yes its in the bin. I was supposed to get a text which I never did saying it was ready but I did not. Anyway, I get there and they said they don't have anymore. I said what do you mean, I just called here? She said go to the other window and get a new prescription. I talk to that girl and she said they were put back on the shelf because it had been over 10 days. I said no it hasn't, I just called it in last Wednesday. Then she said let me see what I can do. So why did the first girl say they had no more??? Then she said she found some and would I like it refilled? I said yes! Well then they punished me by making me wait for a half an hour and maybe one or two other customers came in in the meantime. Disgraceful. read more

If you're as much of a soda fiend and I am, this place has probably already popped up on your radar. They have incredible deals on Coca-Cola products which is really what brings me in here. After securing my nectar-of-the-gods I open my eyes to everything else around me in the store. This is a well stocked, clean and navigable CVS. They have a unique electronic coupon station placed in front of one of the aisles for extreme couponing. This location offers both a film development section and pharmacy. When you're in a pinch for time and, this place is a good place to default to. read more

Fast pharmacy service! I walked in during what must have been a very busy time. There were several people waiting and a line to drop off at the pharmacy. I watied about 5 minutes in line and received my prescription in less than 10 minutes after I asked to wait to have it filled. This Pharmacy management has skills! We went into CVS this week to print up some photo Christmas cards. We are older and not very up to date on technical stuff. We were having trouble doing it. We asked for help and a young man named Will came to help us. He was very patient and went through the whole process with us. He spent a while with us and helped us print the cards. He was very helpful to us while managing to do his other job at the register while we waited for him. He helped to the end of the process.
