I have to make trips back and forth to get meds. because he doesn't have them. I want to support the small business in our town but I can't wait for my meds when the doctor waits me to start them right away. The hours aren't really that great either. He's closed on Sundays and closed at 3:00 on Saturday, not everyone can get there according to his hours. I hate to switch back to CVS because I don't care for them at all but I might not have a choice. I use to get a text when my pills were ready but that stopped now I have to call. I thought it would be great doing business with a small pharmacy especially for shots etc. but he's one person and I think that's the problem. If you have a new prescription after 6pm or a Saturday after 3 or a Sunday you would have go to CVS anyway. It's very disappointing.

The insurance company wanted its customers to go mail order, that was a joke from the jump. So Matt's wins hands down for professional, friendly all around staff An interesting thing happened to me while picking up a prescription, little did I know I was teetering on the brink of congestive heart failure a staff member, I believe her name was Michelle had my name and phone number and called me To check to see if I was ok, nuff said.

When I raised a legitimate complaint and offered to show you objective Ring-camera evidence, you responded, "I don't need to see that." When I asked why, you gave me no answer. A responsible business owner should want to examine the evidence before making accusations or denying service. Matt, are you running your business, or is your business running you? Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits businesses open to the public from discriminating against individuals with disabilities in the full and equal enjoyment of their goods and services. It also requires reasonable modifications to business policies and procedures when necessary to provide equal access. See 42 U.S.C. § 12182 and 28 C.F.R. § 36.302. If your decision concerning where--or to whom--your business will deliver was based upon my disability or chronic illness, or if you refused a reasonable disability-related modification, that raises a serious concern under federal disability law. Your accusations are baseless. I served the people of Middletown for eight years as a member of the Town Council, and I have a longstanding record of community service through Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, and numerous other boards and committees. More importantly, I offered you direct evidence concerning this incident, and you refused even to look at it. That is neither fair nor professional. Your handling of this matter has been unacceptable, and I expect it to be reviewed objectively and corrected

Gosh. This pharmacy is a throwback to a time gone by - in the best possible way!…read more I'm going to be honest, the storefront is not impressive. It's in a very small strip mall on busy Atwood Ave next to an Italian deli. But walk inside and it's a neat and clean small full service pharmacy with the things you NEED for your health care needs. Rubbing alcohol, bandaids, various cold remedies and more. Some folks of a certain age may not remember this, but you actually had to go to a DRUG STORE to buy these things. So this is that drug store from your grandparent's days. They also have the old school pharmacy kitsch-sun catchers and little trinkets at the counter. But onto the good stuff -the staff. They are kind, friendly and professional. An absolute delight! They clearly had a steady flow of senior customers who are regulars and they took the time to catch up with all of them. This place is all about service. So please don't come here if you're looking for a big box, in and out, make no eye contact transaction. DO come here if you want someone to connect with you, chat up a fellow customer in line and ask about your day - and have the staff greet you by first name, answer your questions thoroughly and apply the proper insurance discounts for you. Parking is tight but easy in and out with a traffic light adjacent to the parking lot.

They're in Johnston approximately 7 miles or so from my house but I'd rather drive there than deal with another cvs or Walgreens. However they do deliver.
