By the time I pulled up to the window, the staff saw me there and still closed the window on me without any acknowledgment. I understand lunch breaks are important, and they do have the hours posted -- but it's not the customer's fault when previous transactions take longer. If someone is already waiting in line before closing time, they should be helped or at least communicated with. This was frustrating and felt dismissive. I hope they handle situations like this with more courtesy in the future.

After going out of my way, jumping threw hoops and getting rudely treated, I ended up getting her prescription at Walgreens. Recently I went to pick my prescription, after 20 robocalls to remind me. When I went to pick it up, it was for a three month supply. I did not ask for a Three month supply and told them to do a one month supply. They told me it would take a half hour to fill and would be $59.00 dollars more than what I would normally pay. That's 50% more than what I normally pay, talk about price gouging. I ended up going to another pharmacy where I pay a little more than what I was paying at CVS, but No where near $59.00. They do not communicate with their customers. They just automatically do things without any notice. The robocalls to remind you are a total pain. I constantly tell them I don't want to be reminded and they keep doing it. Also, l have told them numerous times not to automatically fill my prescription, but they still do. I am totally done with this garbage pharmacy. Don't bother with CVS, go to Walgreens, Stop and Shop or an independent pharmacy of your choosing.
