You would think I'm trying to convince them to smuggle drugs into the country, honestly I just want my CPAP supplies. I literally don't think I'm going to get them at this point. As if the struggle of living with multiple chronic illnesses isn't enough, you cant even rely on the companies that are supposed to help you maintain and improve your health. I had not been in the office there since I first got my machine in 2017. She was the only person physically in the office! Some telework but like many companies, lost a good amount of employees. My sense was the majority of the problems lies with AdaptHealth and the cust service side of the house. Still unacceptable for a company today, but wanted to be fair and update my review based on my visit. **** What happened to this company?? Once they started with the Adapt Health affiliation they have just been awful. I got my cpap in sandwich about 6 years ago and they were great. Now, I call them today because I am having problems with my machine and they said "someone will call you back to make an appointment for you" stugotz. I also told the CR that i read on the site I re-order my supplies from that I am eligible for a machine replacement after 5 years. She told "yes, but we need a letter from your doctor". For what???? You KNOW i am still using it because i fill out the questionnaire before I order my supplies. I dont have a pulmonary dr, my gp referred me for a sleep study direct with Cape Medical. What the hell do i need a note from my doctor for?? to say i still need it??? Or, maybe I decided when I woke up this morning that I had a good scam in mind. Ask for a replacement machine and then what, sell it on the black market??? Wish I had another choice but I think I am stuck with these idiots.
