Those of you who are already on Medicare know that there is a lot to learn at the beginning. You would think that this establishment would be happy to cater to people our age. My question was answered with an unexpected tirade of anger by the owner. I mean really, yelling at a potential customer whom you do not know from Adam? He covered everything from the corruption of a system that favors big insurance carriers to Obama making deals from his Martha's Vineyard home. Believe me, I cannot defend either political party because they both have issues. From everything he said I have to assume he is either a strong Republican supporter or Trump worshiper, which was something I couldn't care less about, nor should I have had to deal with anyway. His words made it clear, however, that the party this guy belongs to is mean-spirited and would watch the country burn to the ground before doing anything helpful for anyone but themselves. Never in my life have I wanted to run out of a place like I did that day. Thank God the phone rang, and I was able to take advantage of the moment to leave quickly. He had no intention of letting up, and I didn't say one word during the whole monologue. Never have I been so taken aback as a customer. My recommendation: stay as far away from JAYCO Medsupply as possible. The guy in charge is unhinged, and no one should have to be exposed to that kind of treatment. I would rate the experience as a zero, but that is not an option.

I had not been in the office there since I first got my machine in 2017. She was the only person physically in the office! Some telework but like many companies, lost a good amount of employees. My sense was the majority of the problems lies with AdaptHealth and the cust service side of the house. Still unacceptable for a company today, but wanted to be fair and update my review based on my visit. **** What happened to this company?? Once they started with the Adapt Health affiliation they have just been awful. I got my cpap in sandwich about 6 years ago and they were great. Now, I call them today because I am having problems with my machine and they said "someone will call you back to make an appointment for you" stugotz. I also told the CR that i read on the site I re-order my supplies from that I am eligible for a machine replacement after 5 years. She told "yes, but we need a letter from your doctor". For what???? You KNOW i am still using it because i fill out the questionnaire before I order my supplies. I dont have a pulmonary dr, my gp referred me for a sleep study direct with Cape Medical. What the hell do i need a note from my doctor for?? to say i still need it??? Or, maybe I decided when I woke up this morning that I had a good scam in mind. Ask for a replacement machine and then what, sell it on the black market??? Wish I had another choice but I think I am stuck with these idiots. In mid-July we had a power surge during the night that killed my machine. I made many phone calls to Adapt Health, and just kept getting the runaround. Nobody knew anything about the error code that came up on the screen. I kept getting shuffled to different departments, or being told someone would get back to me, which never happened. After 6 weeks of trying to get them to help me, my doctor switched me to a different supplier, and I had my new machine within a week. DO NOT USE ADAPT HEALTH!!!!
