Total disregard for patient safety--sitting on prescriptions for months…read more I am absolutely appalled by the severe incompetence and lack of communication from National Seating & Mobility. My active equipment order was initiated back on August 31, 2026. At that exact time, my physician sent over a critical medical prescription and insurance referral for a custom wheelchair seating and positioning cushion because I am slipping out of my power chair due to severe Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms. My ATP, Kevin Ross-Jenkinson, explicitly confirmed in writing that he forwarded this prescription directly to their branch scheduling department. Yet, looking at their online tracking system today, it has been completely omitted. They have sat on a safety-critical positioning prescription for nearly two full months without booking an appointment or linking it to the tracking file. This company deals with elderly and disabled individuals, yet they show an absolute disregard for client safety, leaving people stranded in unsafe seating conditions. I have already filed a formal safety grievance with Medicare and strongly advise anyone requiring durable medical equipment to find an entirely different provider.

(Warwick RI) First time I've had to use my 6 month old Generac generator the LP hose popped off after a couple hours. Really a small problem Generac website referred me to their local sales and service representative. Imagine my surprise when I finally found the business (no sign or # on the outside of the business even the UPS folks had never heard of the business). They were closed because they didn't have power. (Sound like a Monty Python skit, the generator company closed because of a power failure.) I called the manufacturer and yes I was outside their reps shop and they were closed because of the power failure. They laughed in disbelief put me on hold and called the shop . They came back on the line embarrassed and agreed to overnight the warrantied part. (Shout out to the folks in corporate customer service nice job) back to the local representative this morning to find the building open and lines of generators on the sales floor. (By the way you couldn't buy a generator in the city yesterday. Sold out all over town and this fellow closed his shop. Nuts right?) so I asked about purchasing other service part and was told the guy who does that wouldn't be in until 3 (the posted time for closing) because he didn't have power at home. Bad skit right. No one else working could or would help me. Generac is a good company with a fine line of generators but they need to loose this operation.
