My question was answered with an unexpected tirade of anger by the owner. I mean really, yelling at a potential customer whom you do not know from Adam? He covered everything from the corruption of a system that favors big insurance carriers to Obama making deals from his Martha's Vineyard home. Believe me, I cannot defend either political party because they both have issues. From everything he said I have to assume he is either a strong Republican supporter or Trump worshiper, which was something I couldn't care less about, nor should I have had to deal with anyway. His words made it clear, however, that the party this guy belongs to is mean-spirited and would watch the country burn to the ground before doing anything helpful for anyone but themselves. Never in my life have I wanted to run out of a place like I did that day. Thank God the phone rang, and I was able to take advantage of the moment to leave quickly. He had no intention of letting up, and I didn't say one word during the whole monologue. Never have I been so taken aback as a customer. My recommendation: stay as far away from JAYCO Medsupply as possible. The guy in charge is unhinged, and no one should have to be exposed to that kind of treatment. I would rate the experience as a zero, but that is not an option.

I was there for a compression sleeve and wanted a printed one. The woman threw a brochre at me and said this is an old one so they maynot be making that print anymore. Great customer service right? The woman who was helping me was supposed to "teach" me onhow to put the sleeve on. She walks away and helps another customer. PIck up 2 weeks later I was told they would help me put it on the check the fit. It was the same woman who helped me inatially she did not offer nor did I ask to put it on to check the fit. I figured why bother. I'll order online from now on. This place is resting on its laurels.

Additionally, I do have level 1 autism, and the place was sensory-friendly to me at least. The lights were not too bright and the environment was not too loud, and the bra I got is very comfortable (except for the tag but I'll just cut that off lol).

After the one day use in six flags there were some minor things and we noticed the wheel was not working correctly. They actually told me it could have arrived but they can't find it. It takes me months to receive my cpap supplies - literally it took 3 months (constant calling) to get my mask. I ordered a filter, they sent me the wrong one twice! I'm leaving them as soon as I get my machine back.
