They were only going to be in Quonniie for the weekend and I wanted it to arrive on the Saturday. (her birthday). I put in the order the previous Thursday. The order arrived late on Saturday afternoon while my friends were out out of the house. Instead of just leaving the arrangement on the porch, they left a note for my friends. You have to come to pick up the flowers. By the time my friends called Broadview was closed and remained closed the following day when my friends were supposed to leave. It meant that the husband had to stay an extra day to drive to Westerly to pick up the flowers. It ended up being a huge inconvenience, which I caused, I simply trying to send flowers . So many ways, Broadview could've handled this better. They could've gotten the arrangement in earlier. They could've left the arrangement at the door of the house. They could have tried to contact the people. But instead, they messed up their weekend .
