My wife is heartbroken and I am angry and mystified at how little they do to, not just make a sale, but even worse literally smash a persons dream. So I'm done with them and will just take my chances buying online and going to a local bike shop for adjustments. The real money isn't in the vehicle, it is in the conversion. Every vehicle drops in value while conversion costs remain, providing the van is still in reasonably good shape. Prices on conversion vans range greatly as a result. Shop around and you will see prices all over the place, but then they begin to make sense. Also, other places charge a COVID surcharge of $5-10k and they do not. This is why I am a customer. And, if you are reading this review and shopping for mobility, I have an idea what you are going through and I really wish you the best.
