Highly recommend Affordable Glass! Bill was super easy to work with, communicated throughout the process, showed up right on time, and had my windshield replaced quickly. Best of all, he gave me the best price out of everyone I contacted. Great experience all around! read more

Run to Bill for all your auto glass repairs. I'd been putting off getting my windshield replaced for months and finally came across Bill & his wife's business. It's hard to find reliable, transparent & affordable shops in today's world, but Affordable Glass exceeds expectations. Bill was patient (despite his back to back appointments today, he waited for me while I was stuck in traffic), professional, and provides quick but careful service. He's also willing to meet you in public parking lots, which may be helpful for some. Thank you very much, Bill!!! read more

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Affordable Glass! Half the price for a broken back windshield, and Billy came the next day! So kind and was super quick with the fix. Ended up needing a new back wiper, and he said he would come back and put it on for free. Highly recommend! read more

I called Billy at 4:00 Friday afternoon about my drivers side window getting a crack in it, gave me price over the phone and said he'd be here today (Saturday). Called me to tell me he was on his way, I started car so he had some heat, he was right on time and had it all done in 15 minutes!!! Billy knew exactly what he was doing and moved fast (maybe the cold makes him work faster lol) . I'd recommend him any day over safelite who over charge and want it to go through insurance. Thanks Billy! And Merry Christmas!!! And yes Billy is a really nice guy! read more

I would give Billy 10 stars if it were an option. My sunroof got shattered by an object on highway during a drive to the emergency vet. I called the next day, he found a sunroof for my car, rescheduled someone in order to fit me in (thank you unknown person!) and had me on the road in no time for about half of anyone else. 2" of rain and high winds tonight. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you, Billy!! read more

My partner accidentally cracked his mother's windshield and called up this company to fix it. It cost around 300, which when looking online for the price of her car's windshield it seemed very reasonable. He arrived and was pleasant right away, shook hands with my mother in law and me and was talking to us the whole time. Very personable. He talked to us in a very friendly manner and not in that awkward, "trying to fill the silence" way. He has a good sense of humor. His wife, Dolly also seems friendly (I talked to her on the phone prior to his arrival). While Bill was very friendly and likable, he was also incredibly good at his actual job. He looked very confident and did the windshield repair in a fast, but careful manner. It looked wonderful afterwards. He made sure to clean out all the dirt and debris from the original windshield and everything looked brand new at the end. Almost wish he could do the same to every window in the car but let's not go crazy here. Funny side note, we told our neighbor we were getting the windshield replaced and he said, "Cancel whomever it is, you gotta use my guy." Turns out we had the same guy. If anything every happens to any of our cars, I'm not shopping around, I know who to call. read more

Over the winter I had a small chip in my Windshield that spiderwebbed and cracked across my entire windshield. I was facing difficult times financially and called Affordable Glass. I spoke to a man named Billy on the phone and he gave me a great deal. The quality of work, service and convenience left a great impression on me. Billy came to my home to replace my windshield and completed the job in under 30mins I would estimate. The fact that my mother was also over his shoulder (SORRY BILLY! Yikes!) talking to him And watching him work and he was patient and answering her questions was nice. I would recommend Affordable Glass to anyone who is looking for quality work from an honest business. I've already sent one of my close friends to this business and intend to mention Billy and his business every time. If I ever need my windshield replaced in the future, I would not hesitate to call And in fact, have this business saved in my phone contacts! Thank you again Billy For the great service! read more

Wonderful people! Cleaned all my glass and let me know that was window motor was dying because of the rain guard. Works much better without the guard. read more

I had an unexpected event happen the night prior which cause my whole back window to be broken. I called billy at 10AM and he was out to fix my window by 2pm ! He went above and beyond to vacuum out basically my whole car and even the trunk to get as much glass up as he could being the fact I have a little one with me. Another plus was his pricing ! I had called around and was quoted in the high 500 range for my back window and billy defiantly beat those prices. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a quick window replacement and would use himself if I shall ever have a broken window again. Thanks again Billy !! read more

Billy replaced both of my car windows after they got smashed in Tropical Storm Isaias. He came to my house and replaced them very quickly. It took under an hour to replace both windows. He only charged me $190 per window. Safelite wanted $309 each. Billy did a perfect, highly professional job, and I highly recommend him. I will definitely call him again the next time I need glass repair. read more

Bill uses the better PPG/PGW glass and does a fantastic job with removal and install. Both AAA and the local Honda dealer recommend Safelite, which is a shame given the immense improvement from quality glass and skill at a reasonable price. read more

Billy came to my house @ 7:30 this morning and replaced.my window regulator. I started the job but could not finish. He reinstalled it in no time flat. I inquired about replacing the rear window motor, and he informed me the problem was with the regulator. I got one and later that morning and he installed it! One of the best things was the price, but I have to say his winning personality rivaled the g reat prices he charged! I totally recommend this company! GN3 read more

Can't recommend highly enough! Same day service-came to me-highly affordable-pleasant & competent-fast! Best there is!

Waited 5 months before writing my review and still it's Perfect! Came to me, on time, did an amazing job for a lot less than other quotes I received. I don't notice or see any difference between the front windshield I have now and the one that came on my Accord when I bought it brand new. read more

This is an independent businessman who did a great job for me. Came to my house. Did exactly what he said he would. He was pleasant and professional. My first instinct was to use a big company but he had great reviews on Angie's list and I am writing this to confirm what I read there. read more

I needed someone to fix my window regulator. When I called Billy, I immediately got the sense that he was both helpful & trustworthy. He was honest about prices & availability, & we set up a time for him to come to my home & fix my car right in my driveway. He had to call me more than once to tell me that he'd arrived -- I had my phone set to silent; oops! -- & he was completely understanding/unruffled & didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. He not only fixed my window but he cleaned it, too (there was a bunch of tape goo stuck on the glass from my quick fix). And - this part is so nice that it seems like I'm making it up but I swear, it's true! - I pointed out a spider that was on my car, which went from being splayed out to curling into a tight little ball (almost a perfect circle) - and he said, "Little guy looks cold." He took out a business card, gently scooped him up, and said, "I'll put him in my truck, where it's warm, & let him go when I get home. I've got 4 acres." Whaaaat? A friend to all creatures! I'd definitely use Affordable Glass again! read more

Bill was installing a wind shield near my house. I got his card. Last Wed. I called for an appointment. They could not do it till Monday. OK no problem. His wife said that the glass would not be delivered till noon. I told her I had to have an 8:00 am appointment. She said "I guess I could order it on Fri after I told her I needed an early appointment. So 8:00am came and went. No glass guy. I called and Bill answered, "glass should be here by noon" WTF. Then he got real snotty with me. I then told him to forget it. Most glass companies have same day service. Now I got two techs on payroll waiting around. They are headed for another shop for a 9:30 appointment. Affordable Glass maybe but not prompt or reliable. Mike read more

Billy came out on a Sunday morning to fit our schedule and fixed our sunroof. He made sure to schedule an appointment quickly in light of the weather forecast, which is highly appreciated when you have a hole in your roof. Despite warnings that after market sun roofs are difficult to fix, he found the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was pleasant, polite and easy to work with. Highly recommended read more
