Achin's Garage in North Attleboro gave me Corey's info, so I called him. He picked up, I told him what I needed, and he pencilled me in for a few days later. Though I mentioned I'd be paying out of pocket, he told me a dedicated number I could call at my insurance carrier to get a claim processed and his work covered if I chose to go the claim route. I appreciated that. He's a friendly and thoughtful guy. We planned the windshield replacement for a Tuesday, but had to push it to the following day, for a very good reason: it was snowing. It's a mobile service, I park my car outside, and the moisture would have ruined the adhesion. I'd rather wait a day than drive around with a windshield that isn't 100% sealed. Corey let me know morning-of, as early as it was clear what the weather was like. Another good call. Anyway, Corey and his wingman showed up on-time the following day (Wednesday). They got right into it within about 2 minutes. The ETA was about 45 minutes, and the whole thing took 45 minutes or maybe a little less. There were no plot twists of any kind, and didn't need to come back out until the new windshield was in. The whole thing cost $253, parts & labor (again, I decided to pay out-of-pocket). That was at the low end of Corey's estimate over the phone, that's for a mobile windshield replacement, where they come to you. I expected to pay more, and I'd have paid more without grumbling. The new windshield is nice and invisible. Unlike the stready old one, I forget it's there. Corey & associate just did an excellent job, with old-school professionalism and zero hassle. I'd definitely hire The Glassman again.

I knew then I was in good hands. The quote came back at the exact amount I was told to expect by the builder. I happily handed over my credit card number. Citywide was able to order and install the shower door before I moved in, which another contractor ( who never called back after the first conversation) told me was impossible. Their work was flawless. They were very polite and professional and installed the door with no issues. I called a few days later to have them check for a possible seal issue and they sent a team out immediately. I could not have been happier with the service Citywide provided. Then, on the final summary page, they said, "Sorry, the system is not working. Call us at ..8xxx.". I called them and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my home on Saturday at noon. I waited, but no one came. I called them, they said we found the appointment on the system, but it is cancelled!! By whom? she said. It is not written, but we can schedule another appointment in 3 days. It was a very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing experience.

Everyone was nice but I was annoyed that there was glass all over the seats and dash when I got in it. I drove 5 minutes home and vacuumed the car only to have my wife point out there was a flat tire. Big screw in the tire from their parking lot. I noticed the receipt envelope said they vacuumed which they clearly didn't. It said they washed the windows so I looked... not only was it filthy with hand prints everywhere, but there was black tar looking drops all over my paint and windshield. Then I noticed the molding was all popped out on one side and you could almost see into the car due to a large gap (small but large enough for water to easily get in). So glass everywhere, punctured tire, tar everywhere outside of vehicle, molding broken, window has gap big enough to see light through it.

They did this back in Oct of last year and the reason I'm posting this review now is because I wanted to give my windshield some time under the elements before I gave my final thoughts. Also for reference I have the sensor thing in the front you can see in the busted photo that dark square. They didn't recalibrate it, they only replaced the windshield so that should show in itself how gentle and efficient they were. I haven't had issues at all with my sensors. The windshield itself is still in great condition and KNOCK ON WOOD no chips or damage. I've gone through car washes, being buried in the snow and the heavy rain we've had the past month. The quality of that windshield I would say is 10/10. I would recommend these guys for your window needs!!

Unfortunately insurance wouldn't cover a new one so we had to private pay. I called around for prices and availability. Jesus from Empire was the cheapest by far. He had the window in the next day. They were on time and very knowledgeable! Empire Auto Glass was very professional and I would highly recommend them!
