Called again and left a message that i had to head into work and wanted to reschedule, no big deal. Ended up getting left a insulting message from the owner. "he stated that he was there, blah blah blah". I called back once i got off work to reschedule. the owner threw it in my face that i was rude and just trying to argue that he was there. I was simply trying to call to reschedule. I won't recommend anyone to go here! it's just bad business practices. BEWARE!

Solar Tint did a nice job on some privacy frosting and door signage for my office, but made a…read moresignificant mistake on the installation, reversing the design, placing the logo and door number on the wrong door. When confronted with the mistake, the installer first tried to blame a subcontractor and then tried to blame me for the problem. I provided a diagram and a photo as reference and clearly the installer never looked at either one. No offer to redo the work, no offer of a discount for the mistake. A quality job spoiled by poor customer service.
