I had my rear window replaced a few months back. A few days later it rained. I had a huge amount of water in my trunk. I took it back they took the rear window out put it back in, sealed it. However it is still leaking. I dont feel comfortable going back due to they kept asking me if it leaked prior. I said it more than once no. Now when ever it rains i get that moldy smell and i have to take the piece out that covers the spare tire and let it air dry. Its a pain! read more

I've been to these guys twice, and both times they have done an excellent job. I looked at Safelite first, and the soonest they could get to me was a week from now. U Save took care of me today. Gave 3 stars only because they were the only place to get me in the soonest and only person to find me the windshield for my car. The owner screwed me tho and told me the price of 160$ ( I came home and read the notes I wrote down on prices) and after he placed my windshield told me it would be 380$!!!!!!!! I was like I would of never said yes to that, everyplace I called was under 200, so he did me a "favor" and charged me 285$!!!!! Pretty annoyed when I left. He knew he was screwing me, he couldn't even find the quotes in the book he gave me so he just threw a number off top of his head , glad to have window fixed , they also did it really fast, however make sure you know what your paying before they put the window in. Another thing they are Spanish speaking place , the owner I think is the only one who speaks broken English. read more

I scanned the results and read the reviews for about 10 places in and around Providence. I found USave auto glass in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Providence. I called them on Thursday afternoon, told them what I needed, and they went ahead and ordered the replacement window. I went there on Friday morning, and about one hour later, I was back on the road. Last week my car window was smashed and property stolen. As you can imagine, it's emotionally upsetting and at the same time there's an urgent feeling to repair and replace everything asap. I called three places and one no longer did auto glass, the other I would have had to wait until the next day (during cold weather) and it would cost $30 more, and then U Save. The person who helped me was very professional and my car window was repaired within 3 hours of my phone call. While I did have to drive to the location for the repair, it was well worth it. The service was prompt, I was treated professionally and the actual job was done perfectly. There were broken glass bits all over the back of my car which was vacuumed clean. i have a car that one of the windows broke inside of the door. when i read the reviews of this place i thought it was gonna be a good experience. when i took my car to the place, the guy did not clean all the shattered glass inside of my door, the windows now has problems that he couldn't identify. they seem to be professionals, but apparently they lack of customer service. i would not recommend this place to nobody. read more
