I had my rear window replaced a few months back. A few days later it rained. I had a huge amount of water in my trunk. I took it back they took the rear window out put it back in, sealed it. However it is still leaking. I dont feel comfortable going back due to they kept asking me if it leaked prior. I said it more than once no. Now when ever it rains i get that moldy smell and i have to take the piece out that covers the spare tire and let it air dry. Its a pain! read more

I've been to these guys twice, and both times they have done an excellent job. I looked at Safelite first, and the soonest they could get to me was a week from now. U Save took care of me today. I dropped it off before work and it was done by lunch time. And it cost $75 less than what Safelite wanted to charge. Could not ask for a better experience. read more

Great experience. Quick in and out service. Best prices around! Half the price of other places

Gave 3 stars only because they were the only place to get me in the soonest and only person to find me the windshield for my car. The owner screwed me tho and told me the price of 160$ ( I came home and read the notes I wrote down on prices) and after he placed my windshield told me it would be 380$!!!!!!!! I was like I would of never said yes to that, everyplace I called was under 200, so he did me a "favor" and charged me 285$!!!!! Pretty annoyed when I left. He knew he was screwing me, he couldn't even find the quotes in the book he gave me so he just threw a number off top of his head , glad to have window fixed , they also did it really fast, however make sure you know what your paying before they put the window in. Another thing they are Spanish speaking place , the owner I think is the only one who speaks broken English. read more

I had the most bizarre thing happen yesterday. I got home and found a huge crack in my passenger side rear window. I have idea how it got there, since there was no point of impact, like you would see from a rock or piece of debris. Of course, the next step was to ask Google for "auto glass replacement ner me." I scanned the results and read the reviews for about 10 places in and around Providence. I found USave auto glass in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Providence. I called them on Thursday afternoon, told them what I needed, and they went ahead and ordered the replacement window. I went there on Friday morning, and about one hour later, I was back on the road. The total cost was $240. I am a very satisfied customer. read more

A few months back I came out of a local restaurant to find my driver side window smashed with glass and my belongings spread all over the place. In honestly I had called a few other places before coming to U Save but had run into long wait times because of the odd shape of my window, I drive a Kia Soul. Thankfully that was not a problem here, U Save took my number when I called and immediately called me back to tell me that they had my window in stock. Not only that but they fixed my window but they were super fast and had an incredible attitude. U Save was fast, friendly and affordable. read more

I called today and someone answered on the third ring! Gentleman who answered was helpful and polite. He gave me the price for my back window and told me I could just go straight there and he would replace it. By the time I got there, the new window was arriving he installed it on my car in immediately. The price for the window was significantly (more than $100.00) less than satellite and 5 other companies I called and I didn't even have to wait!!!! I would use this company again in a heartbeat. 100% professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass replaced. read more

Last week my car window was smashed and property stolen. As you can imagine, it's emotionally upsetting and at the same time there's an urgent feeling to repair and replace everything asap. I called three places and one no longer did auto glass, the other I would have had to wait until the next day (during cold weather) and it would cost $30 more, and then U Save. The person who helped me was very professional and my car window was repaired within 3 hours of my phone call. While I did have to drive to the location for the repair, it was well worth it. The service was prompt, I was treated professionally and the actual job was done perfectly. There were broken glass bits all over the back of my car which was vacuumed clean. Hopefully, I'll never need to, but I would definitely go back there if needed. read more
