My experience with Patriot was wonderful. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the amount they quoted. I guess that's one reason they were recommended by an auto body shop. read more

So glad I did a little homework because I saved $700. My insurance (USAA) uses Safelite and w a $1000 deductible, I had to look elsewhere. Patriot Glass was $500! And, I didn't have to leave my vehicle here. I waited for it and was able to drive away. read more

These guys nailed it, unbelievably fast, friendly, professional , attention to detail. Just get a big thank you and Wow. Friend for life .

I had my windshield installed by Patriots 3 months ago. They did an EXCELLENT JOB. Honest, quality workmanship, good value for your money, great Customer Service. After 3 months my new windshield got struck by a small stone and scratched/dinged my windshield. I called Patriots right up, they told me come right down, a tech would look at the problem. Well 20mins later they repaired that ding/scratch, I hope I don't have another problem, BUT if I do Patriots is my Windshield Dr. in case of any issues. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! read more

my 20-year-old shy son went to Patriot auto glass to have his window replaced. The people are so nice (from lady who made the appointment to the place in General) and so considerate to him. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for auto glass. Much better experience than any other place I've been to. read more

Installer is a hack. Incompetent employee failed to seal the windshield properly and denied responsibility when proof was provided. Separate business located and corrected the issue in front of us after Patriot refused to witness the leak. read more

I had them do the undercoating on my truck. I picked it up the night after they were closed. The truck was just covered in overspray all the chrome, my runningboards everything was covered in overspray. I had to go home and spend hours washing the truck. The next day I went to work I put the truck up on the lift. What the heck job there was holidays everywhere everything was peeling they didn't do a goddamn thing. It was awful. I contacted them and nobody ever contacted me stay away from this business!!! read more

Most Professional team in Automotive industry in my experience. Owner understood my concern for needing new windshield asap and expedited. I needed Custom Windshield from BMW and she beat 10 competitors quote and had shipped within 3 days. Because I have a toddler, she sent someone to my home to remove and replace windshield. Months later my molding lifted, Owner sent someone to my home to repair right away, no charge. She also remembered me by name. Patriot Auto Glass - New Windshield! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Johnston, Rhode Island

Dan, the OWNER HIMSELF, just came and changed my front passenger window after some lowlife broke into my car at the Walgreens on Atwells ave. From arrival to payment took about 20-25 min. He was pleasant and professional. How have I not heard more about these guys?! They're awesome! Plus, they are about $100+ cheaper than safelight and about $75 cheaper than my AAA quote!!!!! Not that I ever want to have to contact them again, but considering I live in providence and work in downtown, this company will definitely be saved in my contacts. YOU GUYS ROCK! I will be telling everyone about you! read more

Dan was very quick (only took like 30 mins or something to install my driver's side window) and really quite nice. Seemed like a good guy. I was pretty stressed, my window got smashed on a Friday night and I was worried about Saturday being difficult to get an appointment anywhere.. I had to go to Providence too, so it wrecked our schedule. I found this place, they took my insurance, and after I called at like 8am, Dan was able to get me in that morning (seemed like flexible scheduling, too, as I just named the time and it turned out to be okay w/ him). I was totally happy w/ the whole experience, beginning to end. =D read more

I was driving my jeep wrangler the other day when it was 70° outside for the first time and of course with nobody on the road I still somehow got a rock to hit the windshield perfectly I was sick of using Safelite or the other big guys they just seem to screw you I'm glad I made the switch to patriot auto glass the guy came out gave me a call to let me know he was here. Then replaced it no issues and he was done in 30 minutes I will definitely be using them from this point forward seeing as last year I manage to go through four windshields between my two vehicles thanks again patriot auto glass read more

Recently was referred to Patriot Glass and John Buckley there master glass installer. Schedule appointment last week for 10-1-19. Due to traffic arrived a little late and was met by Dan the owner and John Buckley. Dan proceeded and was totally comfortable with me watching and monitoring all aspects of the preparation and final install. The NEW glass was installed flawlessly in my pristine 2002 2 door PONTIAC Grand Prix GTP An exceptional Job, on budget. Job Well Done ! Fairly priced...especially since they come to you to repair your windshield. Stephanie on the phone was very sweet and accommodating with all of my questions. I needed the repair done earlier than planned, due to schedule changes and she contacted the driver (Dereck maybe?) who arrived promptly. Hopefully I don't crack my windshield again but I don't think I'll go anywhere else. read more

Good luck trying to find a better auto glass repair ANYWHERE in Rhode Island! After dealing with another large chain auto glass repair/replace business AND a dealership, I let google choose for me... I'm so glad I went with my intuition on this one and made the drive to Johnston today! Stephanie and Theresa in the office were so friendly and down to earth! When I called initially I was able to schedule an appointment for repair to suit my schedule; they were so kind to listen to my long story and explanations. Henry, the service technician extraordinaire, met me promptly in the parking lot of the business and got right to work! Henry was knowledgeable and professional and had my window replaced and all extra parts (regulator and motor) in under an hour!!! I felt so confident in the work he did because he took the time to explain everything to me and to make sure I was happy with the end result! Thank you Patriot Auto Glass! You guys ROCK!! read more

RIP OFF! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I was initially pleased with their service. It was quick and convenient. However, after receiving my bank statement I saw that they double charged me for my installation. I called several times and sent multiple emails and no one would get in contact with me. I ended up having to go through my bank to dispute the charge. I will never do business with them again and will be sure to let everyone else know to never make the same mistake I did! Find someone else if you want to make sure the price you're told is the price that you're charged!!! read more

Dave came right on time and did a great job! As for the rest of the people that work here, they suck! I was quoted for a non-tinted window and although I have tinted back windows I agreed to the price and the non-tinted window, since I'm broke!!! When Dave came he did the job in a timely manner and was very helpful, but when he told me how much I owed I was shocked since it was not the price Stephanie and I had discussed this morning. Although she tried to help the dickhead owner called and told Dave that I am paying a hundred dollars more than agreed upon or he takes the window off. Since I need a window on my car, or I would just ride a bike, I paid the extra $100. I would never recommend them to anyone since they lie and then once the job is done rob you! Screw you I hope your business fails. read more

We shopped around for auto glass at many different places some commercial and some local shops. Patriot Auto Glass is the best shop we discovered, a local business, so not only did we get the best price we got outstanding service. Henry is a top class installer and did outstanding work on the windshield and drivers side window. He is completely professional. While we were waiting Stephanie, who is part owner along with her husband Dan, was a joy to chat with and time flew by unnoticed. We not only got a incomparable price, but awesome customer service. All and all our experience was positive and no more looking at pits in the windshield! read more

Patriot Glass RI is extremely incompetent. Wrong glass, wrong outside moldings that in a week blew off the car. Destroyed insider moldings, had to be replaced at the dealership. Technician rude, unskilled and very sloppy. They are terrible, no office or building, no class and no skills. I firmly do Not recommend this fly by night operation. read more

Professional Courteous Reasonably priced. Clean Office - business environment. Do not waste time providing the service. Product good as the eye can determine. However I will be back with an update in 6 months. At the moment, I would recommend this company for your glass repair needs. read more

They got me in within the hour and had my chip repaired in 30 minutes. Stefanie was super sweet and was apologetic for not getting back to me immediately. She made the call to my insurance and did all of the work. I just gave her my info and they did the rest. I got a chip from the ever present highway construction debris and I was worried it would turn into a giant crack requiring me to replace the whole windshield. I initially tried to get into Safelight. I went to Safelight and they explained that all Safelight Repair Shops received new machines that do the crack repairs and that they cannot guarantee the new machine won't make the tiny crack even worse, and even crack the whole windshield! I ended up leaving Safelight to go think about that option and I contacted Patriot because I saw a sign for them on Mineral Springs and they had great reviews. I am so glad I did! They seem to be family owned. They were so nice and helpful. I will be returning for all of my glass repair needs. read more

Just had a guy from Patriot come replace a windshield on my 2010 Subaru Forester. My experience was great: quick, cheap and no-nonsense. They got the glass in one day: ordered it yesterday and it showed up this morning. I was expecting a call to bring it in their shop since it is drizzling out, but was surprised to see the guy showed up at my door instead with the van. Had it fixed in less than 30min in light rain without me having to bring it in. Their price was almost 40% cheaper than the quote I got from the dealer. I'll edit the review if there ends up being something wrong with the install or the glass since they just finished, but I doubt I'll need to. All in all a fantastic experience. read more

My windshield was dented by a seagull dropping a seashell. It started out as a small dent but proceeded to get larger and larger over time. I started calling around for quotes and wasn't happy with the +$300 I was hearing. When I e-mailed Patriot they replied quickly with a price at almost half. I made the appointment and was given a 91m-1pm timeframe for a Saturday (weekend service was very convenient!). The rep showed up at 9:30am, thus not making me wait for them all day, and was done in a half hour. The new winshield fit and looks great. I'm very happy I decided to go with them, even being the cheapest option. I'd HIGHLY RECCOMEND them over the big name competition. Thanks again Dan & crew!! read more

They are fantastic!! They came out to my place of employment to replace my windshield . The guy was so nice they didn't have the right one and we thought I would have to wait to order one , but an hour later he called and found one for me and he returned a couple hours later to finish the job. For his attentiveness I gave him a nice steak sandwich . However the next day we had a snow storm and it leaked inside my car. I called and spoke with I think her name was Jen she could tell how upset I was worried about my electrical stuff in the car so she sent someone out the next day mind you they are Closed on Saturday, but just the same he came and quickly resolved the problem. Naturally I waited for a heavy rain to come so far so good... It's so nice to work with a company who takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Thanks again read more

I recently had a major leak in my car every time it rained. I assumed it was my windshield that was no longer sealed properly and so I reached out to Patriot Auto Glass to make an apointment. Not only did they squeez me in the next morning but when the owner, Dan, came out and checked out my car and confirmed it was NOT the wind shield, instead of sending me off to a mechanic to have it looked at, he continued to diagnos the issue by pulling the car apart until he found where the leak was coming in and fixed it for me. As if this wasn't enough, after spending 40 minutes finding and fixing the issue, he turned to me and said "Don't worry about it. Just call me the next time your in need of a new wind shield." and drove off without charging me. It's not often that you can find service like this any more. Not only will I be calling Patriot Auto Glass the next time i need a new windshield but I will also be recommending them to all my friends and family. read more
