I had my windshield installed by Patriots 3 months ago. They did an EXCELLENT JOB. Honest, quality workmanship, good value for your money, great Customer Service. After 3 months my new windshield got struck by a small stone and scratched/dinged my windshield. I called Patriots right up, they told me come right down, a tech would look at the problem. I had them do the undercoating on my truck. I picked it up the night after they were closed. The truck was just covered in overspray all the chrome, my runningboards everything was covered in overspray. I had to go home and spend hours washing the truck. The next day I went to work I put the truck up on the lift. What the heck job there was holidays everywhere everything was peeling they didn't do a goddamn thing. It was awful. I was driving my jeep wrangler the other day when it was 70° outside for the first time and of course with nobody on the road I still somehow got a rock to hit the windshield perfectly I was sick of using Safelite or the other big guys they just seem to screw you I'm glad I made the switch to patriot auto glass the guy came out gave me a call to let me know he was here. Dan was very quick (only took like 30 mins or something to install my driver's side window) and really quite nice. Seemed like a good guy. I was pretty stressed, my window got smashed on a Friday night and I was worried about Saturday being difficult to get an appointment anywhere.. I had to go to Providence too, so it wrecked our schedule. I found this place, they took my insurance, and after I called at like 8am, Dan was able to get me in that morning (seemed like flexible scheduling, too, as I just named the time and it turned out to be okay w/ him). However, after receiving my bank statement I saw that they double charged me for my installation. I called several times and sent multiple emails and no one would get in contact with me. I ended up having to go through my bank to dispute the charge. I will never do business with them again and will be sure to let everyone else know to never make the same mistake I did! They got me in within the hour and had my chip repaired in 30 minutes. Stefanie was super sweet and was apologetic for not getting back to me immediately. She made the call to my insurance and did all of the work. I just gave her my info and they did the rest. I got a chip from the ever present highway construction debris and I was worried it would turn into a giant crack requiring me to replace the whole windshield. I initially tried to get into Safelight. I went to Safelight and they explained that all Safelight Repair Shops received new machines that do the crack repairs and that they cannot guarantee the new machine won't make the tiny crack even worse, and even crack the whole windshield! I ended up leaving Safelight to go think about that option and I contacted Patriot because I saw a sign for them on Mineral Springs and they had great reviews. I am so glad I did! They seem to be family owned. They were so nice and helpful. I will be returning for all of my glass repair needs. read more

Dave came right on time and did a great job! As for the rest of the people that work here, they suck! I was quoted for a non-tinted window and although I have tinted back windows I agreed to the price and the non-tinted window, since I'm broke!!! When Dave came he did the job in a timely manner and was very helpful, but when he told me how much I owed I was shocked since it was not the price Stephanie and I had discussed this morning. Although she tried to help the dickhead owner called and told Dave that I am paying a hundred dollars more than agreed upon or he takes the window off. Since I need a window on my car, or I would just ride a bike, I paid the extra $100. I would never recommend them to anyone since they lie and then once the job is done rob you! Patriot Glass RI is extremely incompetent. Wrong glass, wrong outside moldings that in a week blew off the car. Destroyed insider moldings, had to be replaced at the dealership. Just had a guy from Patriot come replace a windshield on my 2010 Subaru Forester. My experience was great: quick, cheap and no-nonsense. They got the glass in one day: ordered it yesterday and it showed up this morning. I was expecting a call to bring it in their shop since it is drizzling out, but was surprised to see the guy showed up at my door instead with the van. Had it fixed in less than 30min in light rain without me having to bring it in. Their price was almost 40% cheaper than the quote I got from the dealer. I'll edit the review if there ends up being something wrong with the install or the glass since they just finished, but I doubt I'll need to. All in all a fantastic experience. read more

My windshield was dented by a seagull dropping a seashell. It started out as a small dent but proceeded to get larger and larger over time. I started calling around for quotes and wasn't happy with the +$300 I was hearing. When I e-mailed Patriot they replied quickly with a price at almost half. I made the appointment and was given a 91m-1pm timeframe for a Saturday (weekend service was very convenient!). The rep showed up at 9:30am, thus not making me wait for them all day, and was done in a half hour. The new winshield fit and looks great. They are fantastic!! They came out to my place of employment to replace my windshield . The guy was so nice they didn't have the right one and we thought I would have to wait to order one , but an hour later he called and found one for me and he returned a couple hours later to finish the job. For his attentiveness I gave him a nice steak sandwich . However the next day we had a snow storm and it leaked inside my car. I called and spoke with I think her name was Jen she could tell how upset I was worried about my electrical stuff in the car so she sent someone out the next day mind you they are Closed on Saturday, but just the same he came and quickly resolved the problem. I recently had a major leak in my car every time it rained. I assumed it was my windshield that was no longer sealed properly and so I reached out to Patriot Auto Glass to make an apointment. Not only did they squeez me in the next morning but when the owner, Dan, came out and checked out my car and confirmed it was NOT the wind shield, instead of sending me off to a mechanic to have it looked at, he continued to diagnos the issue by pulling the car apart until he found where the leak was coming in and fixed it for me. As if this wasn't enough, after spending 40 minutes finding and fixing the issue, he turned to me and said "Don't worry about it. Just call me the next time your in need of a new wind shield." and drove off without charging me. It's not often that you can find service like this any more.
