My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I'm a car enthusiast and I've had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I've seen on the east coast. The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I'm so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn't another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I'm legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he's a super cool guy and the results he achieved for my car was amazing. The service is quick and easy: You pull up, sit in your car, and it's done in under 10 minutes. It's usually the same person, a middle-aged Hispanic gentleman as another reviewer mentioned, and during this past winter, he reattached at no charge the plastic part of my undercarriage at the front of my car because half of it was hanging off after I drove through a street that wasn't plowed very well. He doesn't reset the "maintenance required" service light, but that's easy enough to do on my own. The prices have gone up in recent years as everything else has, but it's still comparable to other shops. I usually add on the car wash too, because it's only a few bucks more.

Not only do they apply a pristine, perfect, flawless, excellent, sexy tint, they're also THE nicest guys I've interacted with in the auto world. I recently sold my old beloved car that had a Minty's tint. When I bought my new car, it had no tint on the front windows or the windshield & I knew immediately that I needed to change that. So I brought her in & the guys at the shop dressed her up in a dark, luxurious tint. It ran me $250 - extremely reasonable. They also put a warning sticker on my window controls to remind me to NOT roll down the windows for a few days while the tint cures. Such a nice touch for forgetful folks like me. I've always recommended this shop - whenever someone asks where to go, I send them over to Minty's. 6/5 stars.
