WOW, these guys are miracle workers!! I try to keep my car very clean, but had a pet that got very sick in the car and I couldn't clean it up myself. It was a very bad situation, the car smelled terrible and was not drive-able with the interior in the condition it was in. I doubted it could be completely fixed, frankly. But Veneton came to the rescue, realized it was an emergency so fit me in the same day, did an Ozone treatment and the works for a very reasonable rate given how deep clean I needed, and managed to completely get rid of the smell. They took my car from basically the worst I have ever seen a car to the best, all in record time. I will definitely take my car back for future details and appreciate all the hard work this team puts in. They also were kind and handled a dirty and difficult clean up job with grace and professionalism. Everybody here is really nice and really professional. They use only top quality products, all the way down to their wash buckets (Chemical Guys aren't cheap, but they're the best!). I went in to get my 2018 Impreza tinted, and they had great advice for tinting laws and how to stay safe while still getting the level of tint that meets my needs. I ended up going with 35 on the back windows, 50 on the front, and 20 for the windshield strip. I'm definitely going back to have the wheels and other things Plastidipped, because while I was there I saw an Audi that had been dropped off with mine and the changes were beautiful. They do such a great job! It's like I have a brand new car. It went from bland to really slick in less than a day. Update! I went back and got my wheels, brake calipers,roof rails, emblems, and grill plastidipped. They also removed a huge dent from where somebody backed into my quarter panel, it looks like it was never touched. Holy Jesus my car is dope read more

This is my go-to place for window tinting. I've been here twice and each time I was pleased. The staff is very professional and they do an excellent job. It's easy to see that customer satisfaction is one of their top priorities. They're very good when it comes to picking up phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails. The pricing is pretty standard (sometimes cheaper) compared to other local businesses. I also had random requests like removing a dealership decal from my car and remounting my license plate to the right side. They happily did both, even though I was just there for a tint. Be wary that it may take them a while to complete the job - it took them about 6 hours to tint my windows (which I don't mind since they do a nice job). Just something to be aware of. They do offer a lot of services and get a good amount of customers, so it's understandable. It's likely I'll be back to try some of the other services they offer. read more

I initially called and asked if they had any available for an SUV interior detailing and they were able to get me in the next day. I've been to Veneton Providence 2 times now for detailing and I could not be more satisfied with the results and professional/friendly service. They make my 12 year old Saab shine like its on the showroom floor which is really amazing to me. They also debadged my vehicle and removed the ugly dealer decal, and it looks perfect. As long as I live in the area I wouldn't go anywhere else for car care. When i am ready to tint and dip my calipers these guys will get my business for sure. I bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS a few weeks ago. It was in good condition but I wanted more. I had made an appointment for detailing with another company (won't name them) but they kept making excuses and never did the job. I called Veneton on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday (other company booked two weeks out and didn't do the job). Well, let men tell you, I couldn't be happier! The car, inside and out, looks brand new! They even cleaned the engine! They also got the dust from the vents and the cubbies in the armrest. Alejandro is super nice. I was looking for a reputable detailing business aside from going directly to the dealership. I jumped on Yelp and did some searches and Veneton Auto Solutions came up. I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a call to see if they had any spots that morning. I spoke with Amanda who was friendly and she was able to get me in within an hour of my call. Like anything, to do a job right you need time. They had my car the majority of the afternoon and they dropped me off at the local mall so I could do some shopping and other work while they worked on my car. They picked me up when it was complete and it looked AMAZING! It looked like the day I bought it! I had the exterior detail and they nailed it. The attention to detail and finished look was perfect. They even touched up the interior and refreshed it. I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you are looking for a affordable car detail location. Just picked my car up tonight after leaving it at Veneton all day (930am - 530pm) for interior and exterior detailing. Called on a Wednesday to schedule the appointment and was asked if my car was a sedan or SUV. I told the woman it was an Audi Q5 SUV and asked the pricing. I was told $180 for the full detailing. When I arrived to pick it up, the woman handling payments told me it was $230. I was confused and told her I had been quoted $180. She could not have cared less and appeared very comfortable with the bait and switch gig that had just happened. I told her I was disappointed in this business model and she made it seem like was confused about pricing and said "$180 is for the sedan." After telling her that I wasn't happy being told one thing at the time of scheduling and expected to pay more, especially when it wad their error. The car looks great and I am happy with thr final product. BUT, I will not be returning or recommending this shop. I'd rather give my business to a place who cares about business integrity and isn't out to take advantage of it's customers. If the woman had done the right thing when she learned of their mistake, I'd have rated them a 5 and been a customer for life. read more

I was quoted the job would take 3 hours and it was done in less than 1. They also took money off the final price because taking the existing vinyl off was easier than they had anticipated. Alejandro is a nice guy and has some talent in this business but this place is far from professional. I shopped around looking to have my taillights tinted, some badges removed from my tailgate and have the tailgate wrapped in satin black on my 2017 Silverado Diesel 3500 LTZ. This place had the best quote. I've been customizing my vehicles for the last 20 years and %100 of the time you pay for what you get. I decided to go against my experience on this because other shops were charging $650 for the same service and Veneton charged $350 before the tip. The guy who helps Alejandro has no comm skills and looked stoned when my wife and I arrived. The nice lady who handles the transactions and works the phone lied to me and called a bunch of times during the day to let me know they can't do this or that. Bad business model. She made it sound as if they never worked on a Chevy before and it made them look amateur. This had me scared for the 8 hours they had it. When my truck was done it looked good from afar. Why they only tinted the red part of the taillight instead of the entire taillight I have no idea. Maybe they were running low on tint. They also did a bad job. This place is for people who have old vehicles where a little skill goes a long way. Not if you have an expensive vehicle that you care about. Can't say that I feel the same way everyone else feels here. This place was recommended and so I brought my car there to get head light restoration done plus my rear lights "smoke tinted". Cost in total $180. Ok so I made the appointment for a Saturday which they agreed upon. About mid week into the week I was to get the work done they contacted me to reschedule...Wasn't Pleased about that but not a major deal... So the Saturday came for my appointment and I was scheduled to be there at 9am. I was there promptly (just before 9am) and filled out the necessary paperwork. Now I decided to wait for my car to be done but the receptionist 'insisted' that it would be a couple of hours (key word -couple) and that they would call me once they were done. Basically letting me know in so many words that I couldn't really wait there. Ok so I agreed. Since I didn't have a ride their guy drove me back. Ok cool....Now while I was filling out the paperwork another two couples walked in to have their cars serviced. We (myself and the other couple) all walked outside with the receptionist to go over the work to be done to our vehicles. The couple was having the 3M treatment on their crisp brand new Audi My car is an older model Infiniti but in great shape for the age. Now all I was getting was the light restoration to ONE HEADLIGHT and then the smoke tint to the rear lights. My best guess is this would take them possibly 2hours to 2.5...3 at the very latest...I had taken off work that day to get this done. The receptionist said the car would probably be done around 12'ish possibly 1pm. Ok that's cool I thought. The current time before I left was just about 10am...Barely. By 2:30 I hadn't hear anything so I thought I'd call to get the status. Spoke with the receptionist and she told me that possibly around 4. So now my car has been there technically 5.5hrs...I'm getting anxious at this point becuz for what I was getting done we're well past 2.5hrs. 3pm came and went...4pm came and went -No call from the shop. By 5:15 I got a ride and decided to head down to see what the issue was....Upon pulling onto the street where the shop was I see the new Audi leaving -ALL DONE...Mind you my car was there first AND these ppl rescheduled me so in my eyes that should've made my car priority but it seems they went for the newer car first. Perhaps all customers aren't created equal. When I got to the shop my car was still parked outside from the morning and they never even touched it. Also there were 2 other cars in the bays getting worked on so now I'm heated. My car has been pushed to the back of the line and it's nearing 6pm. I just asked for my keys got my car and left. The excuse the receptionist gave was BS. She obviously didn't know I'd seen the folks who came after me leaving in their vehicle. They really messed up and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them now no matter how good they are. This was my first time dealing with them and most certainly the last. Anyone reading this who knows the owner -Alejandro can tell him about this review. This incident just happened this past weekend 4/13/19. If I could give them 0 I would becuz technically they did nothing but babysit my car for 8 plus hours (9am-5:45pm) which I could've been at work making $$ read more

4.5 out of 5 stars. If Yelp allowed, I would give this place 4.5 stars. I brought my car in for an interior detailing. They did a terrific job. Prior to the detailing there was a lot of sand in the carpeting and on the seats and they got all of it out. The car looked great and smelled clean and fresh. The only reason I did not give them 5 out of 5 stars. And this is the ONLY reason, is when I made the appointment, they had me drop it off at 10:00 AM and said it would be ready around 3:00 PM. This was fine for me because I had plans at 5:30 that night and needed my vehicle to get to it. I dropped the car off at 10:00 as requested but unfortunately they did not have me back in my car until 5:35 PM that night. Needless to say I was very late. Now my car had a lot of sand in it, and they did a great job but I don't believe they worked on it for 7 hours. Instead I suspect they got started much later than 10:00 and then realized how much time it would take. I would not have been upset if they had me in the car an hour or an hour and a half late, but I think two and half hours is a bit crazy. That is my only complaint. They did a great job. They did not overcharge me. They were friendly and polite. They were good about the pick up and drop off service. Everything was great except the timing. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you allow plenty of time after the supposed pickup time. I will happily use them again (and I plan to use them again when the car needs another thorough cleaning). Since the first phone call when I spoke to Alejandro he sounded he knows what's he is talking about went by his recommendations I dropped the car after couple of hours picked it up after couple of days and WOW although the car still 3 weeks old but the work Alejandro has preformed on it added so much shine and beauty to it. Amanda scheduled my appointment for the ppf and was very cordial and informative. She also informed me that they offer a pick up and delivery service, which was a huge plus for me. I received a gift certificate from my boyfriend and decided to use it yesterday. I have not had any of my cars detailed for many years mainly because I am very picky and had one bad experience. I figured I'd give Veneton a try and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I got a complete detail which included a wax and complete inside detail as well. I recently got the inside of my 10-year old Honda Civic seriously dirty. I ran in a mud-run, then got caught in a downpour, and without thinking jumped into my car without putting down a towel or anything to protect my fabric seats. For a few days it was a moist and increasingly smelly mess. I've also never really cleaned the inside of my car. I regularly pick up any stray food wrappers or bottles to recycle, but I've never vacuumed or wiped down the inside. After the muddy mess, I brought my car to Veneton to have the seat cleaned. When I got my car back two hours later, it looked like when I drove it out of the dealership, 10 years and 160,000 miles ago. My husband texted me when he saw the car a few hours later because he couldn't believe how good it looked. And they even washed the outside of the car and organized my mess of a trunk, even though that was outside the bounds of what I requested/paid for. They also dropped me off at my door after I dropped off my car (they had offered to come pick it up or drop it off, too) so that I wouldn't waste time walking. Great work, and really friendly staff! They are very nice but they don't respect customer's expectations.Their pricing is about %30 more than other places and I was fine because the quality of job is much more important for me. I provided them with a list of jobs that I was expecting them to do and the supervisor told me they would definitely can get it done and paid in full. However, they brought the car back without completing what I asked them. I contacted the supervisor to let him know. Surprisingly, he asked for more money to get the job done!!! I had Scheduled appointment 6/1/19 Saturday morning 9am dropped off my car 8:45 for my head lights and front bumper to be wrapped in clear film. I was highly upset because I did not get my car back till 7pm. It was very inconvenience. Their was also a piece of white lint under the clear film after spending little over $700 so I called the next day and told him about the issue and he said it won't be perfect. I am Highly disappointed because there wasn't even an attempt to fix that issue. I will not be doing business with Veneton anymore. read more

I was a little nervous taking my new Tesla Model Y out in the world to be tinted and have some protection film applied. So lucky to have found Veneton... they took great care of me and better care of my car.
