A worker for the building next store told me Performance doesnt open until 9am, odd as they had scheduled me for a 8am appt. Total waste of my time getting there and having a person follow me so I could leave my car for the detail. I had a detail done here about a year ago, they did a great job. Not sure what happened to this place. They were located in a larger part of the building now just a weird small detached shady looking port type thing with nobody in sight. It seems they downsized or are going out of business, just odd. They certainly lack any type of customer service.

Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

I'm pretty disappointed in their undercoating service. I went and spoke to Scott prior to having…read morethe truck coated and he stated that they "coat under the entire truck, in the rockers, in the frame, and in the doors. They even spray the hinges." I had the truck coated on Tuesday, October 31. They finished in about 45 minutes. Upon leaving there i had to panic stop and thankfully left enough room because they coated my brakes and it didn't want to stop like it should. I can tell they covered them because my entire wheel, on all four wheels is covered in the coating, along with the backing plates. The following weekend I was under the truck for something unrelated and noticed they missed quite a few spots. No big deal, the installer might have had a bad day. I try and call Scott that Monday and leave a voicemail. No phone call back. Fast forward to today, I'm touching it up with a few cans of fluid film I bought and I notice they didn't even spray the inside of the frame. The photos are attached. I wouldn't go back here.
