I chose Total Care because that's who Mastria Nissan recommends. From start to finish, I was impressed. Jack, the owner, gave me a HUGE education about how insurance claims work and was extremely friendly. I also dealt with Brett and Brian, both equally friendly. They kept me updated. I never sat around wondering what the status of my car was. Even more impressive was the fact that the estimated day of completion was the exact day I got my car back. The pics below say it all. No trace that anything ever happened. I hope I never need them again but I will absolutely come back if needed. Y'all are all kinds of awesome! Thank you! And special thanks to whoever put windshield washer fluid in my car. I was fresh out.

I stopped in for a leaking tire and, having previously worked for an auto repair shop, I had the…read moremoney and wanted it done close to home for convenience. I couldn't believe that they had any customers left when I got the bill and had a chat with the young lady at the counter. They couldn't find a leak in the tire but managed to charge me forty four dollars that I later saw included disposal of the tire that was never fixed and still on my car. Then the junk mail and "reminders" started pouring in. I asked the woman what oil changes were up to now thinking , perhaps, $40 or maybe even $50. She explained that it's only $20 but once you included the price of the filter and the oil it was over $150.00. WAY overpriced racket that should have closed decades ago. I don't know why it's still there.

After an accident caused by a reckless driver hitting out SUV while stopped at a stop light, we…read morebrought our vehicle to Lund Collision at the recommendation of some friends and were very impressed with the quality service. An initial estimate was completed which was then sent to our insurance company and once authorization was provided we then booked our vehicle to head into Lund in just a few days. The shop had us sign a payment authorization so the insurance company could pay Lund directly which made things nice and easy. Once a bit of additional damage was found, Lund called the insurance company and squared away the supplemental damages and kept us posted each step of the way. Though we didn't need a rental vehicle, Lund did have the ability to set us up with a rental which is a nice additional customer service to provide. The work was completed timely and professionally and the end product looked as good as new. Definitely would recommend Lund Collision in the event you ever need some auto body work done on your vehicle!

I took my car to Lund for large tree branch that fell on my new car. It took 6 weeks to get my car…read moreback. They never called me to update me on my car once. I had to call for every update. I was initially told the parts would arrive on 3/20, then later found out the parts arrived on 3/31. Then in mid April found out that one of the parts had to be reordered because it came in damaged. One of the roof moldings damaged were on back order, but was never told so, they just place the old scratched one back on. I had to initiate all contact with them...never received one phone call to let me know about the delays and issues. My roof rack and cargo basket were supposed to be replaced (included in the estimate from Geico), but they never were. I was told when I picked up my car that I had to call Geico to arrange reimbursement even though I was told initially by the manager that it would be replaced. I was assured that a scratch in the side rear paneling would be repaired, but it wasn't and was given a BS excuse by Tyler that there was a sensor in the panel and the entire panel would have to be replaced. Regardless of what was involved, I wanted it fixed and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would be. When re-evaluated by another body shop, I was told that the panel could be removed, sanded and repainted and that the sensor was in the corner, not side panel. Additionally, there was still a dent with scratch on the top of my hatch door that wasn't repaired, some of the black trim and windows of the car were painted with car paint or and the clear coat was over sprayed because there is residue stuck all around the car, windows and trim. Im not sure what they did with the driver side door because the paint appears to be textured and not smooth like the rest of the car. The VIN number on the windshield wasn't put back correctly. Wiper arms replaced but weren't aligned so the wipers run off the windshield when on and the washer fluid nozzle was damaged but not replaced. Lastly, there is a piece of trim missing from the rear driver side wheel well. Probably discarded when they couldn't figure out where it went. I don't like writing bad reviews, but the work they did on my new car was careless. I would not recommend Lund. Find another body shop. I will be dropping off my car to a new body shop this week to fix all the errors made by Lund. So, I will be without my car again for who knows how long.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.
