After an accident caused by a reckless driver hitting out SUV while stopped at a stop light, we brought our vehicle to Lund Collision at the recommendation of some friends and were very impressed with the quality service. An initial estimate was completed which was then sent to our insurance company and once authorization was provided we then booked our vehicle to head into Lund in just a few days. The shop had us sign a payment authorization so the insurance company could pay Lund directly which made things nice and easy. Once a bit of additional damage was found, Lund called the insurance company and squared away the supplemental damages and kept us posted each step of the way. Though we didn't need a rental vehicle, Lund did have the ability to set us up with a rental which is a nice additional customer service to provide. The work was completed timely and professionally and the end product looked as good as new. Definitely would recommend Lund Collision in the event you ever need some auto body work done on your vehicle! read more

I took my car to Lund for large tree branch that fell on my new car. It took 6 weeks to get my car back. They never called me to update me on my car once. I had to call for every update. I was initially told the parts would arrive on 3/20, then later found out the parts arrived on 3/31. Then in mid April found out that one of the parts had to be reordered because it came in damaged. One of the roof moldings damaged were on back order, but was never told so, they just place the old scratched one back on. I had to initiate all contact with them...never received one phone call to let me know about the delays and issues. My roof rack and cargo basket were supposed to be replaced (included in the estimate from Geico), but they never were. I was told when I picked up my car that I had to call Geico to arrange reimbursement even though I was told initially by the manager that it would be replaced. I was assured that a scratch in the side rear paneling would be repaired, but it wasn't and was given a BS excuse by Tyler that there was a sensor in the panel and the entire panel would have to be replaced. Regardless of what was involved, I wanted it fixed and was told on 3 separate occasions that it would be. When re-evaluated by another body shop, I was told that the panel could be removed, sanded and repainted and that the sensor was in the corner, not side panel. Additionally, there was still a dent with scratch on the top of my hatch door that wasn't repaired, some of the black trim and windows of the car were painted with car paint or and the clear coat was over sprayed because there is residue stuck all around the car, windows and trim. Im not sure what they did with the driver side door because the paint appears to be textured and not smooth like the rest of the car. The VIN number on the windshield wasn't put back correctly. Wiper arms replaced but weren't aligned so the wipers run off the windshield when on and the washer fluid nozzle was damaged but not replaced. Lastly, there is a piece of trim missing from the rear driver side wheel well. Probably discarded when they couldn't figure out where it went. I don't like writing bad reviews, but the work they did on my new car was careless. I would not recommend Lund. Find another body shop. I will be dropping off my car to a new body shop this week to fix all the errors made by Lund. So, I will be without my car again for who knows how long. read more

These guys are horrible, not only did my car not get fixed but the excellent parts that were on my car got swapped out or just totally taken off including trim along bottom of doors, tires, rotors, hatch back door, window rain blockers all the way around, wipers arms, windshield gasket, i am so disgusted, legal action needs to be taken read more

We had the misfortune of being t-boned in an accident recently. We had the good fortune, no one was injured and our insurance company's list of preferred collision repair shops included Lund Collision. Located close to home, and the rental car replacement right from the shop. Lucas handled everything with great service. Phone calls were always answered and Lucas kept us up to date with parts delivery status, a big plus in this Covid supply chain turtle slow era. We are so happy and satisfied with the quality of the repair! read more

I hit a deer and it damaged my front end pretty bad. They were great at communicating and did really quality work. They detailed my car meticulously. All things considered they finished the work in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!! read more

Brought my car in for a front bumper. They told me to bring it in and they would work on it right away. Three weeks later, I called to ask about my car and they said it was in the shop. I said that I have GPS and the car is still locked and in the same position as when I dropped it off. Miraculously it got moved the next day. Guess what? I noticed paint peel on the bumper. They told me to bring it back on Monday and they would have a car waiting for me. Three days later they replaced the bumper and said that the original bumper was defective. I took the car home with a new bumper and paint still peeling. Here's the kicker. 9 months later I get a charge for a rental for $175. When I call the rental place they tell me that Lund refused to pay for the three days and their fine print states the renter (me) is ultimately responsible for the rental if the shop refuses to pay! Stay away. They don't deserve anyone's business. Liars and cheats read more

I dropped my car off three weeks ago. I was told it would take around three days because they already had the parts needed to fix my car. I've called multiple times each week, just asking for an update. Every single time Lucas asks for a number to call me back at. I give him a number and I only received a call back one out of the many times I called. When he DID call he said it would be done by the end of the week. That was a week and a half ago. Terrible at communication and they still have my car. I would be more understanding if they told me the actual status of my car, rather than leaving me without a vehicle for an unknown amount of time. I don't know how well their work is, because I have yet to see my fixed car. But after almost a month in there, it should be 100% perfect when I get it back. Disappointed. Do not recommend unless you can go weeks without your car. read more

Our car was rear ended by a large truck and we brought it to Lund Collision. Janine was absolutely wonderful, she called us with regular updates on the progress throughout the entire repair process & was incredibly helpful in dealing with our insurance company who does not return calls. She went above and beyond to make this process less stressful for us. Our car sustained severe damage and we were very impressed with Lund Collision for not only providing quality work and making our car look like new, but also being able to complete the work in only a month despite the delays in shipment of parts due to the Coronavirus impacting the hours of some businesses/manufacturers. I would most definitely recommend Lund Collision read more

5 STAR Service! My car was the victim of a hit and run which left some major front end damage. Looked around for ages to find the right auto body shop. I received a referral and went in and met with Eric Lund the owner. I found him to be professional, fair and honest. Always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Very fair with the price. Gave me a rental while they worked on my vehicle. There is a VERC car rental right on the premises. This business used to be in Halifax, MA however they have moved to this new location. I was so happy with the results. My vehicle looks brand new and hot off the showroom floor! Excellent work! This is coming from a very picky broad! read more

I got into a fender bender and due to seeing good reviews online of Lund, scheduled an appointment. They were very quick with communication and super polite/helpful. This place did a great job fixing my car after being rear ended. They had the part at the shop before I even got there. Cleaned my very messy car for me top to bottom as well. Shop is clean and Lucas is very professional! read more

My first experience with Lund's last year was quite good, but unfortunately the second one was AWFUL! I went there on 8/22/18 after my drivers mirror was hit and shattered at the Marshfield Fair. I was given a fair quote and scheduled it to go in on 9/17/18. I dropped the car off before hours using the keydrop. I was told by Jeanne on 8/22/18 that my appointment was for 10AM and it would be done no later then Noon. As it was a quick procedure. I got there to pick my car up at 3:45pm. Not only was it not done, but no one seemed to know why it was there and NO PART had been ordered. The owner Eric was pretty rude to me and offered no real reason for the mishap, but assured me they would have the part in the next day and assured me they would call. 2 days later I called and was told they ordered the part right after I left, and it would be in the next day. It wasn't. I didn't come in until the evening of the 27th. I brought my car there today (9/28/18) I arrived at 4:20pm was given my "NEW QUOTE" by Kevin. Some how the parts that were $120.00 on 8/23/18 were now somehow $199.00 My NEW BILL was $247.98 I was charged for nearly a FULL HOUR for a 5 minute fix. I was back on the road by 4:31PM and that was after my going back into the office to thank them for leaving a white dirty residue all over the inside of my drivers door. Kevin was nice enough to give me a copy of the invoicing for the parts they ordered. They totaled $132.00 that's a 66% mark up! Never mind the $45 an hour for labor... of which I should have been charge maybe $10... I guess because they didn't get to rake my insurance company over the coals because this was self pay they felt it was ok to gauge me out of an additional $105.00 Not even a gesture of kindness for the continued delay and rudeness. They will never get my business again!! read more

I absolutely recommend this place, especially for a first timer with a shop! I have been in now two accidents in my life. The first one I took my car to Maaco, and received the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Second time around, I knew I couldn't go there again. My insurance recommended Lund to me, and it was only one mile away from my apartment. Not only was my car completely repaired and returned to me in a little over a week, but it was completely cleaned and detailed! Also, they work with Hertz, so I was able to pick up/drop off a rental there while my repairs were being done! On top of it all they gave me an appraisal on something else for my car on the spot, and the price was pretty un-beatable. Everyone there is very kind, welcoming, and informative. This absolutely won't be the last time I take a vehicle to this shop. I give it a complete two thumbs up!!! read more
