After having Check Collision in Mattapoisett repair my car after it was damaged in a hit and run, I will never go anywhere else. It was a one stop experience. You drop off the car and they take care of having the adjuster look at it, and immediately do the repairs. When I arrived to drop off, they had arranged for the rental car company to be there with my rental, so I just drove right off in the rental. They text and call you when repairs are made, and you leave the rental there. Big Plus, they not only repaired my car, but washed it, cleaned the windows, and thoroughly vacuumed it before I picked it up. John was extremely polite and knowledgable. Employees very polite when dropping off my 2014 truck with 1400 miles on it. I had hit a deer. Time frame was a week and I did get it back within that time frame. Getting rental car was easy as well. I got a phone call the day before telling me when my truck would be ready. When I picked up my truck it was washed. Upon exam of my truck I noticed many tiny very light scratches. If I had to guess, when they washed it, they dryer it wish a Shammy that had sand or dirt under it. I also found a very small nick in the paint under my rear view mirror. I pointed these things out to the service man and he said, " that was like that". I took a video of my truck prior to drop off but I didn't get in super close that would show the light swirl / whipping scratches in the paint. Typical your word against there's. Its a new truck that didn't come back looking like a new truck. Live and learn. read more

Hit a deer with my 6 month old 2018 Tundra recently. Its metallic red so was really concerned about color match and metal flake distribution in new paint. I'm a car guy and am extremely picky about my vehicles especially on a virtually new truck. I was pleasantly surprised. The process could not have gone smoother, with updates on progress via text, my truck was done in 10 days.(which I thought was pretty quick) The paint work is exceptional, color match, flake distribution and orange peel is exactly like factory paint. I couldn't find ANY dust or fish eyes in the paint, it was virtually perfect(a perfect factory match as no paintwork is perfect) My truck was detailed inside and out and looked great upon pickup. Don't know why I used to go to any other body shop! I have a Toyota Corolla and am super picky with repairs and the appearance of my vehicle. Gary Letourneau and Joe Moniz took great care of me. I had my truck repaired after an accident, I picked up the car 3 days after the promise date, only to noticed fish eyes on the pain. I brought the car back as requested, 2 days later I picked up the car and it was still the same way. Had to return the car a 3rd time. Finally after 3 drop offs and 3 weeks of being without my truck , I got my car back. Bob, not sure what his job title is, was rude and unpleasant to deal with. He was always giving excuses for everything and never took responsibility for the way the truck was finished He comes across as a very arrogant person. I will not return again as this is was the 2nd time I brought my truck there for repairs and walked out unsatisfied as my truck had under spray all over the mufflers and chassis. read more

Terrible customer service. I returned 3 times for the same issue. They gave an estimate and when parts came in was $1000 more than estimate. Showed up for my appointment for installation and was told it wouldn't be done today. Refused to provide a rental for the inconvenience. Not once did anyone call to update me. I had to chase down the estimate, chase down the parts and wait a ridiculous amount of time for installation. Staff was rude and Greg and Andrea were of little help. Customer service is severely lacking. I missed time out of work to travel 30 miles because this is the place my dealer recommended. Toyota should really reconsider their relationship with this company. read more

Gregg Petitpas oversaw the repair of our Prius fender and even went the extra mile to get our car to the dealership service department to get under-warranty service complete.
