I located a hood and called him that I found one 30 miles away. He said to stop and leave it on my way home. I called back and he reluctantly answered to say he decided to close in 5 minutes and to leave the hood outside IF he wasn't there. I arrived at the shop all open with nobody there. Had to call the police when I went to finally pick up the car bc he demanded a $125 CASH payment, he wouldn't accept a bank check. I was told I had to pay out of pocket for things he upcharged me for. He was vulgar, using profanity towadds myself and my mother. Flash forward to November when I started using the fog lights my boyfriend noticed that the light he replaced he used a halogen light when the rest of my lights are LED. I called him to ask him about it and he said "he fixed it with used parts". The halogen light he "fixed" doesn't even fit correctly. This man is a crook & unprofessional. Not sure how he has remained In business for 30 years. I do NOT recommend him to fix ANYTHING.

I called a couple days later spoke to the same man and booked the appointment and once again clearly stated mechanical only. I also had the insurance company book a rental for me which they did. On appointment day I took my vehicle in for 8am. While the car rental company sat outside waiting for me, the guy at the front desk of Final Touch refused to take the car even though I explained everything to him. I had to go out and tell the driver of the rental car that I had to cancel. And I then had to drive my car home without anybody even taking a look at it. This was a very poor experience and I will not recommend Final Touch to anybody.
