So when a friend asked me to drop her car off at Bruce's a few years ago my immediate thought was - i wonder how they're gonna screw her over. The next day I dropped off the car - I was greeted just inside the door by a gentleman and was thrown off by his polite demeanor. Again, I was thinking, nice front man. When I went back to pick up the car, same guy, just as polite - and the bill ..... totally reasonable ! So since then I've been using Bruce's for all of my auto repairs - every single time I've gone in - no matter who's at the desk - they're always polite and I have always felt as if they bill very conservatively. Bottom line - if you're not using Bruce's, you're missing out. I wrote this because sometimes a simple thanks isn't enough - I believe in telling everyone about great service, Bruce has clearly set a high standard for his business, his employees, and his reputation.
