We hadn't moved yet when suddenly a pick-up truck took a too tight left turn into a store parking lot and clipped my bumper while doing so. My front bumper was pulled half off which also created a small dent on the right side panel adjacent to the bumper. UGH! The best thing of course is that no one was injured but honestly what a pain! Two weeks prior to this accident I had noted a large and deep scratch on the passenger side rear door...it looked like someone had keyed my car door. Getting the car door repainted was on my to-do list, and now here I had this accident on my hands. Cohasset Collision has a great reputation and fortunately is but a couple of miles from my home. Their work is guaranteed. Although I had to wait a couple of days until they had time to work on my car, I was pleased that it was finished within 5 days which was less time than they had estimated. I brought it in on a Monday morning and got a call at 8:00am on Friday that it was ready for pickup. I was thrilled when I got my car back...it looked like new. They had offered to "touch up" the door scratch if I didn't want to pay the $1,200.00 to have the whole door painted but I opted to do it right; a touch up didn't seem like the right place to try to save a few bucks. The door looks great, and perfectly matches the tough to match pearl white paint color on my car. Not only does my car look like new and the work is guaranteed but when I walked over to my car to inspect the work I was not only happy with the job they did but very pleased to see that the card had been washed. When I got in the car to drive it away I was pleasantly surprised to note that they had also thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the entire interior. It even smelled like new. They have a car rental service on the premises which I did not need...but of course that is a convenient service. In talking to the desk staff there, the owners are on premises (in fact we dealt with one of them) and we were told that most of the staff have worked there for years and years. That's a good sign in my opinion. They do have a car waxing service available which I am going to take advantage of this fall. Part of taking good care of your car is not just washing it but ensuring that it is properly hand-waxed and buffed. Cohasset Collision has my business...although other than getting it waxed I hope I don't need their services any time soon!

They called me after a week and 1/2 to tell me my car was ready but they were waiting for the insurance company. I really appreciated the follow-up because I was unsure how long it would take to fix my car. They followed up with 2 other calls to let me know it was ready. When I picked my car up, the detailing both inside and the outside were amazing. The car is only a year old, so its still shiny, but they made my girl look even sparklier. I am so happy and pleasantly surprised. Would def recommend them again.

They were very easy to deal with, and very flexible with my schedule. The front end person, I think Gloria, was very professional but understanding that this whole thing was stressful. I didn't have to do a lot of follow up with them. They also detailed my car, which I've never had done, but from what I could tell they did an awesome job there too. My car looks and smells nice. Afterwards I took my car to my normal trusted mechanic to make sure everything was good, and they were very impressed with the work. They couldn't tell it was in an accident, and said that they saw enough bad body work that it was refreshing to see when it was done really well. I've already recommended them to people.

I found this place because it's an Allstate approved shop. Richie's professionalism and kindness…read morereally made me feel like a valued customer and at ease. My Lexus was rear-ended, and when Richie looked at the damage, he explained what he could see initially, as well as what he might see once the bumper was off (bent metal rod, sensors may need a reset). He asked me about my availability, being so willing to work around my schedule as much as possible, and he gave me a date to return my car to be worked on. It was a week later than I thought, and when I tried asking if there was any room in the scheduled to get my car in sooner, Richie was sympathetic and realistic, and he offered helpful advice when dealing with a rental, considering my last negative experience. As promised, the day I dropped my car off, it was worked on, and I got regular updates. I got my car back in 10 days (Richie estimated a couple of weeks, and the updates extimated almost four weeks, so faster than both of those estimates), and it is so beautiful! Richie gave it back to me impeccably clean, as if I just bought it (I have young kids, so it was messy when I dropped it off), and it was so shiny and fresh!! I did notice a tiny bit of black filler or adhesive just oozing out of a crack, but it is so minute, and it actually feel comforted that every little detail was taken care of. I hope people are done playing bumper cars with me so I don't need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I'm calling my friend Richie! I hate talking on the phone these days, but late in the afternoon of picking up my car, I got a message from Lexus that there was a "malfunction in the Intelligent Clearance Sonar System." Richie told me this could happen, and he drove my car around a little after the repairs, but I guess the system didn't register any issues until I drove it further. I immediately called Richie, and he gave me some options of how to handle it, leaving it up to me to decide what was easiest. I trust Richie a lot and appreciate his kindness. If anyone out there is not nice to him, stop it and check yourself! By the way, whether you're dropping off/picking up your car, check out R & S Jamaican Restaurant directly across the street...Sherlett and Robert will take care of you, too!
