Since Labor Day two years ago, my husband's poor Honda Civic has been repaired by DJ Sullivan no fewer than five times thanks to numerous reckless and inattentive drivers ranging in age from senior citizen to a teenager with a license only eight days old. That last one did the most damage, as my husband was stopped and rear-ended at about 40mph. Each time, the crew at DJ Sullivan were a delight to deal with. Responsive to all our questions, professional in their customer relations as well as their expertise in restoring the car back to "like new" condition. They also dealt promptly with our insurer and the insurers of the other drivers. We received prompt, friendly and professional service for extensive collision damage repair on our 2012 Lexus CT200h. Sullivan Collision's estimates were spot on; their repair work was excellent, and the repair work was done on schedule. One minor problem with the engine cooling system cropped up the day we picked up the car. Sullivan Collision had the car towed at their expense, and fixed the problem the next day. After my truck got vandalized took it to D.J sullivan out of convenience to my home. D.J walked around the truck with me and explained what they would do. My truck was scheduled to done on a Wednesday. DJ called me on Wed afternoon saying he was not satisfied with the work they did. They held if for an additional day to get it correct. Truck came out amazing. 9/10 body shops would have sent you home on Wednesday night and taken their chances to see whether you noticed the overspray or imperfections. I had the pleasure of having FedEx back a large box truck down my driveway and back into my Ford F-250 Harley pickup and my 2012 Volkswagen CC. Other than the young driver, my dealings with FedEx and their insurance was a nightmare. I took my truck to DJ Sullivan and could not have been happier. They restored my truck better the original. They even had to search the internet to find parts that were no longer available from dealers or Bone yards and found everything. DJ even gave me advice on how to pressure the insurance company to get what I feel I was due. The quality of there work and there professionalism was excellent. Fantastic! I got to speak and check out my car with DJ himself and I was nervous because it was my first time going to get my car fixed because of a collision. Everyone there was super nice, they were in contact and took car of my rental car and had my bumper replaced, my tail light replaced, and detailed my car inside and out in 2 days! We have used DJ Sullivan for many years. We always thought they were terrific. In the Spring we had two accidents in one week - neither one our fault. They were not major accidents but we needed repairs done to both cars. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. They dragged us through every hassle of getting parts, the rental car, what was costing them money etc. Not professional at all. Both cars came back dirty and we will not use them again. I don't know what has changed within the organization but this experience was nothing like any of the ones we had previously. Also, we still hear clicking in areas of one of the cars and the other when I put my window up it squeaks. Not worth bringing back. read more

Great service! I got in a car accident where the other party's insurance company was responsible for repairs costs. The insurance company tried to persuade DJ Sullivan Collision to use after market suspension parts on my brand new Jeep. Chris at DJ fought the insurance company to make sure the job was done with all Jeep parts. The Jeep needed an entire right side: doors, panels, wheels, suspension. It literally looks perfect, they did an unbelievable job. The nice woman named Jen who works as secretary fought for me to get a good deal with the rental car as well. The insurance company told me I could only get a vehicle that costs $30 a day or less. Jen worked some magic and made it possible to get an SUV rental rather than driving the Fiat they wanted to give me. Five stars! read more
