My antenna was ripped out of my roof and there were some deep scratches and dents that needed to be repaired. My back window and brake light on the upper fin also were damaged and needed repair. Jay took great care of me and made sure that my brand new car was back to brand new condition. Matt and Joe worked on my car as well and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The repair job wasn't an easy fix as they had to take out the headliner/inside roof to be able to fix the damage. It was a big job and was a lot of work. Once the roof damage was fixed, they also repaired the back window and the brake light and needed to paint everything. Being without a car is certainly an inconvenience. Jay offered to set me up with a rental car. He has gone above and beyond to work with my insurance company to make sure everything was submitted correctly and paid for.
