Jeff, the manager, was very helpful, even calling us on the road to diagnose the problem. The front bumper lip had come loose and was making a grinding noise. We stopped in at the shop on a Friday afternoon, he took a look under the car and ordered the correct part for a Monday delivery. The shop fixed the problem Monday, which was helpful because were are visiting from Virginia. I recommend the shop highly! read more

My wife and her Rav 4 were fortunate to be rear ended across the street from Thomas Auto Body Shop. Fortunate, because we left the car there and it was repaired beautifully in a timely manner. The repaired Toyota looked better than pre accident Toyota. Not only that, they washed the car, detailed the interior and topped off the gas. We recommend Thomas Auto Body repair enthusiastically and without reservation. John and Susan, Braintree MA read more

I bought my Audi Q5 in to have my side view mirror repaired after it was knocked off the side of my car. I was quoted a shocking $1,700 to repair it. But they thought some parts could be reused. And they did. My final bill was all of $275.00. They ended up returning $1,500 in parts. They did good honest work while keeping my costs down. I highly recommend! read more

I have done business with Thomas Auto Body for close to 20 years. It has been a family owned business. The people are really nice to deal with. They take pride in doing a great job on your car. One time they were working on a Volvo we had. The Insurance company wanted to use after market parts. They pulled me aside and explained why in this case they thought it a mistake to use after market parts. Told me how to approach the insurance company so they would pay for the right part. They knew that if I settled for less, a year later if would look terrible. A family own business that stands behind there work. read more

This is a great repair shop a really recommend it . It had very good prices and they are really good with negotiations . We went there with my dads car and it was very dented up and had some problems . Then once the car was finished it looked brand new it was very shiny and cleaned looking it looked like it came from the dealer . Mind that this was a 15 year old car . So far I would really recommend this auto body shop for anyone who needs repairs on there car . read more

Car was repaired beautiful and came in under estimate. They even fixed a little dent that wasn't originally discussed. Car was completed quicker than I thought as well. They were very honest and easy to work with. I would take my cars back to them again and again. read more

Terrible. Car was brought there and they lost my keys. No offer to assist from their end. No ownership to their shortcomings. Terrible place. Do not trust your car here read more

Best place around to get your body work done! Fast, friendly, efficient, trustworthy and fair! Thank you Jeff!

Avoid this shop at all costs. Quality of repairs is average but they are very, very slow keeping my car partially dismantled and making painfully slow progress for weeks. Customer service was poor bordering on arrogant. read more

Terrible customer service and the mechanics lack the skills to work on anything custom. But they can tow you somewhere to have a new alt installed for $90 hookup, $3 a mile, and a $22 fuel surcharge. This place is a joke and they tow for the local police dept. read more

Mike, who works here, was really a top notch guy. When other people probably would have thrown their hands up Mike stuck it out with me to figure out a very very difficult tow of my car...there was a live cat inside the engine. Mike never gave up hope and seriously saved the day and the cat. Great guy and great team! read more

Work quality is fair but very very slow. They take weeks longer than any other shop and will keep your car held up far too long. I wont be going back read more

Great service and work. I brought my truck in. Yes it took a while but it wasn't the shops fault. It took so long because they were fighting with the insurance company to make sure my truck was repaired with the proper parts and not some old second hand parts out of a bone yard or after factory parts that don't fit right. Well worth the wait to know everything was done correctly. read more

I just recently had my car's back bumper painted at Thomas auto body. They did a fantastic job! It looks perfect, like a brand new car. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out which was an awesome surprise. Work was fast and efficient; it only took a couple of days. Customer service was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family in the future. read more

I recently was in a car accident and had my car taken to Thomas Auto Body in Hingham. From the beginning I was treated with respect & I was kept informed from start to finish. Toward the end I was calling insurance companies, enterprise, and Thomas just about every day to check on the progress of the repairs. I thought I was being a pain but Ashley, Steve, and the rest of the team there answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend Thomas Auto Body to anyone in need of superior service. read more
