Jeff, the manager, was very helpful, even calling us on the road to diagnose the problem. The front bumper lip had come loose and was making a grinding noise. We stopped in at the shop on a Friday afternoon, he took a look under the car and ordered the correct part for a Monday delivery. Had my car tow there after an accident it was in storage less then 24 hours their change me $202.00 per day customer service is terrible I ask wow 202.00 that's a lot for 12 hours storage the guy at the desk yell at me you keep complaining I'll rise it up more... I have done business with Thomas Auto Body for close to 20 years. It has been a family owned business. The people are really nice to deal with. They take pride in doing a great job on your car. One time they were working on a Volvo we had. The Insurance company wanted to use after market parts. They pulled me aside and explained why in this case they thought it a mistake to use after market parts. Told me how to approach the insurance company so they would pay for the right part. Mike, who works here, was really a top notch guy. When other people probably would have thrown their hands up Mike stuck it out with me to figure out a very very difficult tow of my car...there was a live cat inside the engine. Terrible customer service and the mechanics lack the skills to work on anything custom. But they can tow you somewhere to have a new alt installed for $90 hookup, $3 a mile, and a $22 fuel surcharge. This place is a joke and they tow for the local police dept. read more

It took so long because they were fighting with the insurance company to make sure my truck was repaired with the proper parts and not some old second hand parts out of a bone yard or after factory parts that don't fit right.
