Never in a million years would I ever think that something so scary would have happened to me. On a hot summer night my friends and I decided to go to the beach to make bonfire, but unfortunately did not get a chance to make it. Around 10 o'clock on I-93w two deer started crossing the highway. The car that was driving in front of me was the first car to hit the deer, which then the deer came flying on my car, breaking the front of my brand new car. Everything happened so quickly that we didn't even realize what happened until we all got out of the car and saw the damage that was done to my car. We're so lucky to be alive and more than lucky enough to be able to get the professional help we needed by the amazing mechanics at Johns auto body. I was referred to them by a friend who had gotten his car fixed in the past, and am so grateful that they were able to fix my car and make it look brand new again. Their costumer service is unbelievable, and they made sure that I got the assistance I needed. They said it will be ready in three weeks and It actually got ready in the time they promised. We've been happy customers at John's Auto Body and Collision for over 10 years. This place was highly recommended by a friend a while back. The cars had changed, but luckily our car doctor remains the same - because we found the right one! Recently my car was hit by a passing boat trailer on Cape Cod. The damage was pretty significant.  I called John's Auto Body and scheduled an appointment. The service was absolutely great. They also assisted with getting a rental vehicle and made sure we can resume our daily lives despite car issues. I picked up repaired car this morning - it looked like new.  They did a meticulous job fixing the body. I can't even tell there was ever any damage. From oil change, to serious repairs - we are always pleased with the job they do. My 2004 Volvo S80 Premier had serious damage to the front left corner of the car. I was paying for the repair out of my own pocket. Johns Auto Body looked over the damage and gave me quotes that included all new parts and then used parts. I chose a combination of the two. They said that they needed the car for 4 days - and the car was ready in 4 days. The estimate said it would cost an amount that we agreed on- and there were no cost over runs. The repair work was excellent. The silver color of the front left fender matched the rest of the 15 year old paint perfectly. They even removed the VIN information tag from the inside of the old fender and riveted it to the new one. My Subaru Outback was rear-ended, and it was a near total loss. However, the car was in pristine condition before the accident, with relatively low mileage, and I really wanted to keep it on the road.. John's Auto Body in Dedham indicated they could save the car... and did! The car is now in showroom condition and I couldn't be happier as I intended to keep this car for many years! In addition, as other reviews indicate, I was able to rent a car from them during the repair - right on site! Couldn't have been easier. The explanation of the work and the service level was tops. I've never before experienced service like this. The shop promised the car would look like new, and they delivered. Someone bumped into my car at a parking lot (but stayed at the scene). The driver's insurance gave me an estimate, which covered basic repairs, but wouldn't reset the car to pre-accident conditions, e.g. without color blending. Then I went to John's Auto Body. He said he will do the repair, blend the colors, and also take care of some nearby damage unrelated to the parking accident, all for the check the insurance company had written me. In addition to dealing with the insurance agency on my behalf, they also simply did a very nice job. The entire left flank of the car is like new. They cleaned the car inside as well. I was referred to John's Auto Body after I got into an accident with my Kia Stinger. My experience could not have been better! As the car was unable to be driven, Armen (owner) organized a car lease with Lucine's Auto Sales on a Sunday (they were closed) and I was able to continue with my daily life while my car was being repaired. Additionally, John gave me weekly updates (with pictures) and responded to every text and phone call in a timely manner. When fixed, my Stinger had been waxed, the interior had been detailed, and the tires shined!! Armen's communication and attention to detail relieved all of my worries in regard to this car repair process. Excellent and timely service. I brought my SEVENTEEN-YR OLD Chevy Prizm in because my driver's interior door handle had broken off. While I waited, John called Chevy parts distributers but had no luck finding that part for a car that old. He pursued the issue by calling Toyota (Prizm and Corolla are same car) and was told they could get him the part. One of John's techs fixed my handle temporarily so that I could exit the car. The next day, the part arrived at the shop. I drove over and the guys installed a new door handle while I waited. Less than $100 for the whole experience -- Hassle free, timely, inexpensive, saved my car, which could not be driven without a driver's door handle. Thank you, John and crew. read more

I was driving home from Colorado and my car started to shake entering into price canyon. I was by myself and didn't have my handy husband with me. I turned around and heading into Johns shop because they had great reviews. What an experience it was. I met John himself and we took a ride in my car right when I got there so he could feel It out of what may be happening. When we got to his job he ran a diagnostic and knew quickly what is was. He quickly had the part ordered and within the hour I was on my way home. He even picked me up from where I ate lunch so we could drive around and make sure the problem was resolved. Can not say enough great things about John and his staff. I had over $15,000 worth of damage on the back and underneath my 2015 Land Rover Discovery. They took care of my rental immediately and dealt with the insurance company. I did not have to do a thing. Anytime I went in to check on the progress, they were professional and extremely patient. All the work was done as quickly as possible. My car looks brand new! Runs great, you would never know there was any damage, it looks perfect! John and his crew did an amazing job fixing my 2013 VW Passat turbo diesel after a rear end collision by a drunk suffering $12000 of damage. I originally had taken it to Gallery VW and waited 3 weeks just to get an estimate!!! Needless to say I took my car to John after being referred by a friend of mine. This place does some great work. I have been here several times over the last 3-4 years bringing in my cars and family cars. This is the only shop I trust with my cars. The work is done very quickly and they will provide a rental car if your insurance covers it. I have never been charged extra for a rental car. The work is very good. His high tech paint booth has a lot to do with it as well as the skillful employees running the equipment. I have had small scratches taken care of and also whole car repaints with extensive body work. The cars always come back in better condition then before the accident. read more

I had an outstanding experience using John's Auto Body. I picked up my car yesterday and the repair work is flawless. No indication there was major damage to the side of my car.
