Outstanding service. I was able to save a lot of money and my bumper looked as good as new.

If I could rate this place into the negative, I would. I'm writing this review because people need…read moreto know what kind of shady nonsense goes on at this body shop. I'm a woman, and I trusted this shop to do the job right. Big mistake. They charged my insurance company for work they didn't even do. I had LED headlights installed that I personally bought from O'Reilly's. When one of them went out recently, I went to warranty replace it--only to find out the shop NEVER INSTALLED my lights. The ones in there weren't even the LEDs I paid for. Let me repeat that: they took my parts, never installed them, and billed my insurance as if they had. So I had to pay out of pocket AGAIN to replace the headlights I already bought ONCE. When I went back to confront them and asked the guy working there what happened to my headlights, he straight-up told me to my face that he "couldn't find the same ones," and just... decided not to tell me? No call, no update, nothing. Even though I gave them the receipt, which the appraiser approved. Instead, he had the audacity to tell me to "take it up with my insurance company" because they're not gonna do anything. Excuse me??? This place is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They will take your money, lie to your face, and then shrug when you catch them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone--especially if you're a woman who expects to be treated with basic decency. Run far away. This is NOT the shop you want to deal with.

About a month ago as I was pulling into the Dedham public parking lot, My right front tire hit a…read morecurb that was not painted yellow. The tire punctured immediately and I pulled to a parking spot. I called 911 for road service and they contacted Parkway towing. The driver removed the tire and replaced it with the donut. He seemed to have difficulty tightening the lug nut. I went to Town Fair Tire to replace the tire a few days later. Installing the new tire they discovered that the lug threads had been stripped and they could not tighten one lung nut. My mechanic inspected the threaded part and told me that the entire wheel mounting had to be replaced on that model. I doubt that since they installed the lug nut more than a month they will not take responsibility for damaging the thread on the wheel.
