And he assured me that he could get my car repaired in three weeks from the day he got it and by the way he is a very nice compassionate person with his son. I can't recommend this place more! Alex was incredibly helpful to me, in a time when I needed it most. Right now there's issues within the supply chain, and I was getting time estimates of over a month just to look at my car from every dealership and collision center Massachusetts. However, Alex was completely understanding and helped me get my car fixed up and ready to drive within just a couple weeks, which I cannot appreciate enough. As you can see from the picture, my car wasn't in good shape and needed a lot of work. But they all fit me into their schedule during the holidays and helped me out immensely and immediately. I had my car towed here on a Friday night last week because they were the only shop opened on Saturday who could look at the damages and give me an idea of whether I could get the new car. The manager/owner Alex was very knowledgeable and told me a lot about the process of getting a new car and was willing to offer me a deal if I did decide to work on the car. He also was willing to get me a discount on a rent a car. He needed to see my registration so I gave it to him. I had to make a decision on the car but eventually decided that the cost to repair wasn't worth the investment as the car had already 250,000 miles on it. I had given him the keys so that he could move the car, and he was waiting on a decision about the car. After reviewing the registration he gave it back to me. I made a comment of needing to get back into the car to put the registration because I had gave him my keys. He said that he could put it back for me, (which would avoid the hassle of me receiving the keys again) which I was fine with. Also, I would have been carrying it in my bags otherwise since I would be walking, and ironically (as you will find out later), I thought that there was more chance of losing the registration if I did that. In hindsight, I should have asked for my keys to put it in myself. He ended up putting the registration in one of his file cabinets. After a few days I decided to move the car since I was going to get it towed, and did not want to pay for leaving it in a lot. I took the car, but found out later that the registration wasn't in there when I needed to transfer my old plates for a new car. I went back later to his office the next Friday to ask for the registration. He said he had given it to me and was adamant that he didn't have my registration. He even placated me by saying that I could get a copy of the registration online for free. I was unsure about that but I would check later that night. I asked about the last drawer I saw him putting it in, and he didn't seem willing to do so. So I went home my wife and I searched and we couldn't find it. Next morning I went back to ask about the registration, he wanted to offer me a way to get new cars, which I did appreciate, and offered me advice in saving money for cars. I took the information, but wanted to make sure he understood I was here for the registration and that I wanted to make sure that the drawer that I saw him put it in was checked this time as well, so I pressed him about it, because I found out that I would have to pay for a duplicate registration. He did search, and told me he would let me know if he found the registration. He ended up calling me four days afterwards that he had found it. I appreciate that he called me about it, and left me a message. My issue was that I had to pay $25 money for a duplicate registration (it was not free as he had said) to transfer my plates, and that there seemed to be an indifference and lack off remorse to the hardship it caused. I learned the hard way that you cannot trust everyone to do what they say. It's too bad that this had to be my experience with him because he seemed as a nice guy and was helpful in the beginning. Unfortunately, making a potential customer feel stupid, and not feeling particularly apologetic or remorseful for it was an eye opener for me. There was still hope for business because mistakes happen, and no one's perfect. Also, he had helped me in car decisions. However, the ending to this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. read more

I just had a large dent on the passenger side of my car repaired by Jose at West Side Collision Center on Route 135 in Natick near the Wellesley line and I couldn't be happier. The price that Jose gave me was lower than other auto body shops and he also fixed a small dent on the same side, some black marks on the other side, and improved the front corners where there were some scratches. (I'm going to be more careful now.) He also detailed it, cleaned up the inside, gathered all my scattered belongings into bags. Even the tires look better. My car looks like new. I had WestSide fix my front end of my Jeep as I rear ended another vehicle. The whole process took from the end of April to July 1st. It seemed like forever. If you do not call on your vehicle you will not know what is going on...the communciation was terrible. I was told I could pick my car up on a Monday @ 5pm. That turned into Tuesday, which turned into Wednesday. I called to pick my car on Wednesday and they said they are still detailing and fixing so I had to wait yet another day. They said they were going to fix up my car like it was brand new. However, at first I didn't notice that there is a film on my windshield that I can not get off, the washer piece on the hood is only working on one side, and they left all the old parts in the back of my car causing scratch marks everywhere. Not to mention the hood is overlapping the grill and the JEEP logo is crooked....I feel like I have been scammed and it was a shoddy job. Not happy @ all......... _____________________________________________________________________ The above review was BEFORE Westside finally fixed my car the RIGHT way. It took them 3 times but they did it correct. Every concern I was angry about they corrected. They even gave me my deductible for all my troubles. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your vehicle just say so and they will correct any imperfections. Victor addressed all my concerns. I live and work natick - wellesley area for years but first time in my life i have bullied in this place. I do not recommend this place especially for ladies and families. There is a lot "f" words around. I hadn't have 10 dollars bill and asked them if they have change for 20 one guy (most probably works there) took my 20 and teared it from the middle and gave me the half. the others were laughing i was shocked. I had my car repaired recently with Jose due to a fender bender accident last month. Great staff and work done was excellent. The only thing is check before you show up to confirm if your car is ready to be picked up as they run behind schedule due to unexpected situations. I had accidentally torn my front bumper off in the snow and West Side Collision Center was able to help through the entire process of speaking with Geico and getting the car fixed. They even arranged the rental car for me. When I picked up the car, it was in immaculate condition. Not only had they fixed my bumper, but they also had painted over some other parts of the car that had started to rust, detailed cleaned the inside and washed the entire outside. It looked like a brand new car, but is actually a 2010 SUV with 100k miles. Like any other shop (I have even experienced this at the Chevrolet Dealership which I go to for almost every other fix) the process took a lot longer than originally expected, but was worth the wait. Jose, the owner/manager, of the shop gave me his cell phone number and I was able to text him about updates on my vehicle. STAY AWAY from this place! After using them 2 yrs ago for body work, but having to go back after 6 months because their work started to show through, I decided to use them again. BIG MISTAKE!! Took car in for detailing and to have brakes checked. After waiting half the day, got a call from Jose saying brakes were shot and he would call when they were done later on same day. Called Jose later in afternoon, when I had not heard from him. He said wrong pads were delivered and he would have the car detailed and brakes done next day. I wanted to take my vehicle out of there right away, but was stuck. When I picked vehicle up, it was just finished being washed. Went to pay and they said credit card system was down and I would have to pay by check. Bells immediately went off again. I then ask for a receipt and the guy behind the counter starts writing out a receipt for the money I paid. I again asked for a detailed receipt, which is what most reputable businesses give you and they said they would email it to me. When I arrived, home, vehicle only looked like it had been washed - inside doors not done, dirt on back by taillights and marks that were previously there were still there and tires were muddy. Sent email to Jose asking for money back for the detailing and, guess what, he did not respond, but ran to the bank to cash the check. I am now contacting the BBB and will go from there to get my detailing money back. LESSON LEARNED - this is a sketchy place... read more

I scraped the side of my leased car on a cement pole getting into a very tight parking space, and took the car to Jose. The scrape and all of the yellow paint on the side of my car were removed without repainting the door. Looked as if the scrape was never there. I also had a hole in the beige cloth upholstery in the back seat, which Jose fixed. The car also was washed and cleaned inside - at no charge because I was unable to get an appointment in the time frame I wanted due to the volume of work they had. I am readying to turn the car back in at the end of the lease now, and Jose checked the entire car (including the under carriage) and offered to have the inspector see the car at Westside to make sure that the inspection goes well. The quality of work is superior and the customer service is excellent. I won't go anywhere else in the future! read more
