Unlike other body shops, they only keep clients waiting for 1-2 weeks to make an appointment. At the same time, they could order necessary parts to further save time. Fred was so nice and patient. He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. And they even detailed all inside of our car. What a great service! Finding a reliable body shop is not an easy thing. My wife and I were really grateful that we found DSC Auto Body.

From the very beginning, Billy was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful during what was a very stressful time. Not only did they do beautiful repair work on my car, but Billy also went above and beyond in dealing directly with my insurance company. There were a few back and forth issues with the appraiser, and he stepped in to advocate for me. When the insurance company suggested using a used headlight, Billy made it clear that my car would be repaired properly with a new OEM quality part. That kind of integrity means everything. He communicated clearly, kept me informed, and truly looked out for my best interest. It's rare to find a business that stands behind their work and their customers the way Whiting's Auto Body does. If you need auto body work done and want someone who is skilled, trustworthy, and willing to go to bat for you, I highly recommend Billy and the team at Whiting's. Thank you again for making a difficult experience so much easier.

Because of the location and severity of the denting, paint-less dent removal was unfortunately not an option. So, I online-researched around and by following highly-rated reviews, I found out about ICC --- and I'm really glad I did! Jason and his team did such an excellent job! We showed up around 8:30am on a Thursday for an estimate on both cost and timing - which were great. We dropped the car off the next day (Friday) and had it back the next Thursday morning at 8am -- which matched the original timing estimate they gave for the size of the work. Vinny went above and beyond to make all the work happen in the timeframe! On top of making our door look like new, they also vacuumed our rugs and mats plus gave the car and rims a wash. This was definitely unexpected but it was such a nice touch and really appreciated. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the people at ICC. We'll be be spreading the word to everyone we know and referring everyone we can. Thanks, guys!
