Mismatching panels, over spray on the inside of the doors, chipped torque screws, and just a shabby experience all around....oh! And the bubbling of the paint returned in less than a year. Great stuff... Anyway, decided to try a different dealer that had an amazing collision center...Herb Chambers of Millbury. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use their Collision Center as I wasn't in an accident, but was sent to Audette's Auto Body. Divine Intervention. Norman and team are outstanding! The phone is always answered politely and coherently...you can hear the smile on the other end. Norman is informative, and completely honest with what he expects out of the repair. I picked up my Jeep today and it's better than new. The car was still drivable, so I spent about three weeks searching for the best body shop in Massachusetts. I reached out to my best friend's boyfriend, who runs Choice Auto, and Ray told me that Siro Auto in Worcester was the best place to go. My car is a sports car with a lot of sharp angles, and it has a special paint color called Crystal Pearl White, so it needed real attention and experience. When Ray called Siro Auto, Lenardo took his own time to come see my car after hours. He was honest, straightforward, and very confident that he could handle the job. Knowing that he had worked with many high-end cars before made me feel a lot better. At the time, I was working full-time and didn't have rental coverage through my insurance, which stressed me out. Lenardo told me not to worry and that he could handle everything from talking to the insurance company to arranging a rental car for me. When I went into the office, I met Sidney, who helped me through the entire process. At one point the insurance company was going to total my car, but Sidney worked with them directly and saved it. He made sure everything was repaired with original parts only. While waiting for the repairs, the rental car they gave me had an A/C issue. I brought it back and they immediately gave me a different rental with no hassle at all. The whole experience was easy and the customer service was incredible. Sidney even helped me understand how to appeal a ticket and explained exactly what to do. He also installed my new tires and did a great job on the alignment. When I picked up my car, I couldn't believe how good it looked. The paint job was perfect, the color matched exactly, and they removed every scratch. The car looked brand new. They detailed the inside really well, and when I checked the engine bay, they had cleaned and detailed that too. All the lines on the car were straight and everything fit perfectly. It honestly came out better than when I first got the car. Sidney even took my car to get the inspection sticker so I could drive away without worrying about anything else. He truly went above and beyond. Without the rental they arranged, I would have spent a lot of money Ubering to work or renting a car on my own. After seeing how great my car came out, I really wanted to take some time to write this review. This place is a hidden gem. If you want a shop that pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and treats customers well, I would absolutely recommend Siro Auto Body. I've had many high-end cars and tried different body shops in the past, but from now on I'm only coming here. I also mentioned that I needed my sun visors replaced because the mirrors were broken, and Sidney told me he'd take care of that for no charge when I come back. I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

The owner has effectively stolen my car. And my insurance has already cut the check so now I have to sue for it back. I think the guy working the shop, Tommy, has a substance issue and has spent the check. I took another car in for a small issue and he basically kidnapped me to a bar - I was alone and afraid to say no to his insistence and put myself in any danger. This guy has serious issues. Do not take your car here and do not go to the shop alone if you're a woman.

Bob started the process with my insurance company and was able to complete the repair in a very reasonable time frame. All repair work was logged and the report provided to me is very detailed. The paint job is fantastic! Also, when a local auto repair shop noticed evidence of a leak in the area that was just repaired, Bob immediately took the car into his shop and thoroughly evaluated the situation. Kilcoyne, me, and the local repair shop, Premier auto repair, agreed that it was no longer an active leak. Kilcoyne does great work. And stands by their work. I don't plan on getting into an accident, but if I do, Kilcoyne is my first choice to do the repair.

I received my car back and it was incredibly dirty on the inside. It appeared as if they sanded with the door open and didn't put plastic down. My car was cleaned the day before it went in for work so it's even more frustrating. Another issue my car had an intense paint smell on the inside for about three days that was unbearable. Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn't send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn't care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn't deny they sanded with my door open and didn't put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking like that when it wasn't sent to you that way. She didn't care and said someone would call me back. It's been 15 days no one called. I didn't think they would. Don't trust them with your car!
