    zero stars!! After being hit by a tow truck, having my car in the body shop and dealing with…read moreinsurance and rentals a week before Christmas...to say I was stressed...yeah. I am across the street from the Saugus location, very convenient. I called as early as 9 am to get a rental, I went through all the information and told I would be contacted. First off I thought they were dropping it off, turns out the guy was alone that day in the office and couldn't. I got a call at 3:30 asking "if I was ready?" Ready for what? we hadn't had a conversation yet on time. He asked about 4:45 then. I agreed. Now, I called at 9 in the morning and when I called I had asked for a smaller vehicle but when I went there, all they had was a huge SUV. I was at the point of tears and told him this was ridiculous and that it's been all day and the Malden location wasn't open that early when I drop my car off in the morning at the body shop. I told him this has been an absolute NIGHTMARE he said that's all he had for a car and that he was closing. So now it's dark and I'm on the side of rte 1 with a bad day and still no rental. Now I decided to do it online, you can pick the car and I can make sure I get a compact car. Instead I got a call from Jackson at the Saugus location letting me know he has no cars and if he did that he wouldn't rent to me. REALLY?? Why? if you can't deal with upset customers then you shouldn't be in the field that deals with customer. it's disgusting how I was treated and he should be FIRE. Don't go to Jackson in the Saugus location

    This location is kinda weird, man. Like, it's not difficult to find or anything like that…read more Simultaneously though, the parking lot is hella tiny; which means there's ostensibly no convenient parking for customers. Basically your options are.. A.) Park in the fenced area out back and hope your ride doesn't get towed or.. B.) Park awkwardly in front of their other parked rentals and (you guessed it) hope your ride doesn't get towed. Parking anomalies aside however, Enterprise is still commodious as ever when it comes to booking a rental in a crunch. In this instance, I was having some customization work being done on my car in Stoneham. Apropos, I called upon their Wakefield location because I also needed a ride from Stoneham to their office. Luckily for me, Enterprise was more than happy to oblige. They even gave me a ride back to my original pickup spot after recompensing the rental. Fancy that! All the usual accommodations one comes to expect from Enterprise are alive and present here as well. Turn your rental in ahead of the scheduled time or date? You get a partial refund and only pay for the actual time the car was used. Just be sure to bring it back with equal to or more fuel than it had upon pickup. The staff here are super cool and chill, too. I'd certainly do business with them again if my particular circumstances required it. With that, I'm giving Enterprise in Wakefield 5 cramp but findable parking lots out of 5.

Received voicemail from Michael 5 minutes before arrival in Wakefield saying "do not come, we don't have car for you!" I said we're coming to talk about this. He said he'd call police if we came. This was the worst business experience of my life. For the first time, I feel compelled to alert the world on Yelp!

    Had to get a rental car when I got into an accident. They were very help and professional. My…read moreinsurance company set up an appointment to rent a car and immediately after I got an email to confirm, an employee called me to also confirm my appointment. When I arrived they asked me what kind of car I was looking for. Becuase my insurance only would pay a certain amount each day I asked for the cheapest option. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra, it was washed and cleaned before they gave me the keys and also vacuumed. They did an inspection beforehand and had me sign the appropriate waivers. The employees were very help and answered all of my questions. They told me that I had an original 5 days to use the car and they would work with my insurance to extend the rental as needed, they said that they like to take the customer out of the extend process because we have enough to deal with. After about a month my car was ready. I returned the car, no appointment or call ahead needed. They checked the car out to make sure there wasn't any damage and that the gas was filled appropriately. I also asked them to give me a ride to the dealership down the street. I only had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to be able to drive me. They were very busy on a Thursday afternoon. The person who drove me was very polite and made conversation. She got me to the dealer safe and told me which door to go in when i got to the dealer. She was very nice. I would for sure use them again if needed!!

    I had a very pleasant and relaxing rental experience with this location. It was so much easier…read morerenting from this smaller shop than at the busy airport. The agent took time to sit in the car with me to make sure my phone connected to Apple Play and which map app worked, I tested the windshield wipers since it was raining and it squeaked so he cleaned up a different car for me quickly, I could make sure mirrors adjusted to my height. He answered all my questions and never rushed me. We were able to sit down to process the forms and pay which was more comfortable than standing at a counter and gave me a little more time to acclimate to the vehicle. The website said it doesn't allow afterhours dropoff but they said it does which was quite a relief since I wasn't sure if I'd make it back before 6pm. Afterhours Dropoff was super easy and my receipt the next morning showed that I was only charged through the dropoff day and not the next morning when their office opened. Everyone in the office was nice. Location is easy to find and drive to.
